**Job Description**:
- Look for new, potential overseas customers
- Take care of current customers, receive orders, follow the production schedules, deliver goods to customers warehouse following their plans
- Follow up with customers regarding payment
- Daily exchange information with customers about buying demands, answer their questions, negotiating with customers about price, quality, price terms,of orders
- Analyze the current situation of the market (Price, Quality, Price terms.); propose ideas for General Director & Sales Import-Export Department to provide the best solutions
- Meet clients and take them to visit the factory, introduce the production process for the customers.

**Qualifications**:
- At least 3 years in an international sales role and environment; technical or steel background a plus
- Well versed in establishing relationships at all levels within customer and prospect organizations in a multi-cultural environment
- Strong communications skills, including verbal, written, and computer.

- Great people skills, willingness to meet and develop new business relationships.
