**Position Summary/Purpose**
+ Perform on site steam turbine blading and weld repair activity in accordance to approved instruction.
+ Identify the proper drawing, document and instruction
+ Identify the machine, tooling, measurement and consumable for defined scope during pre-job planning.
+ Deliver expectations on EHS (Environmental, Health and Safety) and Quality
+ Site schedule management and control
+ Machine/tooling packing, lifting and preparation at site
+ Report the machine/tooling condition before/after the assignment
+ Solving the problem regarding to site activity, process and related quality issues
+ Implement process continuous improvement for cost reduction, productivity and quality improvement.
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Perform onsite removal, reinstallation of stationary & rotating blades and onsite repairs of steam turbine in a demanding mission critical outage.
+ Prepare completed measurement and blading/ repair checklist or data form post work completion.
+ Ensures that the correct documentation is used and filled out as specified on Inspection and test plans, work instructions and any quality documents.
+ Ensures that all specified records are correctly taken, reviewed and approved.
+ Vigilant in ensuring a safe working environment to include good housekeeping practices of assigned work area and comply with all applicable environmental, health and safety policies
+ Identifies non-conformances and tags and segregates non-conforming items
+ Ensures all lifting equipment is correctly used, and prior to use confirms its current inspection status
+ Ensures all work under their control is properly protected against damage whilst in the Workshop or on-site and correctly packages equipment for transport to ensure protection against damage.
+ Complete all online and classroom training sessions.
+ Provide OSS progress updates to internal customer team and OSS SM
+ Furnish detailed report post work completion.
+ Complete daily Point of Work Risk Assessments (POWRA) and Safety Observations for good practice and practice which need corrective action.
+ Performs Lock Out Tag Out duties in accordance with site procedures
+ Ensures proper use and storage of equipment and chemicals
+ Perform other additional duties as requested by Service Manager

**Job Description**
**Các công việc được giao:**
- Thực hiện công việc hàn theo hướng dẫn công việc và các quy trình liên quan để đảm bảo an toàn, chất lượng:
+ Báo cáo cho cấp trên các trường hợp bất thường hoặc đã xảy ra liên quan đến tai nạn lao động.
+ Vận hành các thiết bị hàn để hàn các chi tiết/ sản phẩm được giao theo đúng hướng dẫn công việc, quy trình hàn và tiêu
chuẩn chất lượng.
+ Kiểm tra các dụng cụ và thiết bị hàn theo danh mục kiểm tra (checksheet).
+ Tự kiểm tra chất lượng sau khi hoàn thành công việc.
- Dừng việc (STOP WORK) khi phát hiện bất thường hoặc quan ngại về an toàn, chất lượng.
- Tuân thủ các quy trình chính sách của công ty và các phòng ban liên quan như An toàn, Chất lượng.
- Báo cáo các lỗi và bất thường cho người quản lý, kỹ sư sản xuất để có phương án xử lý và điều chỉnh kịp thời.
- Thực hiện 5S và luôn luôn giữ cho khu vực làm việc sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp.
- Luôn cải tiến để đảm bảo môi trường làm việc an toàn, sản phẩm đạt chất lượng và nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.

The Site Leader will have responsibility for setting the long-term growth strategy as well as providing cross functional leadership of a large vertically integrated manufacturing facility. + Leverage data and analytics (6-sigma, Lean management techniques, and fastworks) to approach problem solving.
+ Partner with site functional leaders to drive team collaboration and a cohesive site identity.
+ Partner with the global product line and commercial teams to coordinate priorities to ensure delivery of broader business objectives.
+ Coordinate preparation and communication of monthly site operational results to the product line and business leaders.
+ Own Capital Expenditure to get to necessary capacity and capabilities to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
+ Build and apply talent development plans, engage and retain hi-potential talent, and manage performance and career of both salaried and hourly employees.
+ Establish strong connections with the workforce and lead with compliant behavior and processes across the site.

Qualifications / Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in shop operations management, materials management discipline, or business leader with operations oversight
+ 5+ years leading teams over 100 employees
+ Knowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, standard cost systems, and lean management techniques
+ Demonstrated ability to lead cross functional teams
