Job Description

You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food & Beverage standards. Further you handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Qualifications
  • Mature, a problem solver, someone with the ability to take responsibility and get the job done
  • A natural host with charisma and confidence to lead from the front and engage both guests and the team
  • Engages with guests in a sensitive and appropriate manner
  • Knows what it takes to deliver exceptional service, continually diagnosing and evaluating guests' needs so they can be met time and time again
  • Passionate about mixology and with a deep understanding of bar operation
  • Organizes the operation under his/her responsibility with pre- and post-service checks                                                               
  • Encourages teamwork and communication and supervises and directs bar team
  • Ensures standardization and consistent beverage preparation, presentation, and quality
  • Trains all F&B team members on beverage knowledge and service standards
  • Helps increase the F&B revenue through his/her sales actions (we will teach you the detailed company process)
  • Monitors and controls beverage stocks and ensures efficient use of products
  • Understanding of food & beverage hygiene principles
