Job Summary:
As a Client Success Partner, you will play a pivotal role in fostering client satisfaction and driving product development objectives. This dynamic position requires a multifaceted approach, where you will serve as the main advocate for clients while also taking ownership of the product development life cycle.

Key Skills:
  • Advocates for Clients
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact within our organization.
    • Listen to client feedback and concerns, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
    • Advocate for clients' interests within the company, working to resolve issues and enhance their overall experience.
  • Coordinate Tasks with Development team:
    • Collaborate with the development team to align their specific solutions and enhancements with client's objectives efficiently
    • Provide clients with timely updates on the status of their development requests.
  • Billing/Invoicing:
    • Understand and keep track of the project's budget
    • Work with the finance department to streamline the billing process and improve transparency.
  • Clarifies and Enables Partnership between CES and Client:
    • Act as a bridge between CES and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding on particular projects. 
    • Facilitate regular meetings or check-ins to review progress and address concerns
    • Follow up on renewals, encourage upsells and cross-sells.
  • Business Analysis:
    • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
    • Define and prioritize the product backlog, qualify acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals and user need
    • Conduct sprint planning, backlog grooming, and regular demos, gathering feedback, and prioritizing features based on client input, etc
  • Health Check Report:
    • Generate and provide detailed team’s health check reports to the Auditor, focusing on sprint and monthly project health in terms of team performance and client satisfaction
    • Work with project teams and clients to implement action plans based on the health check findings and improvement recommendation from the Auditor team
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership or management 
  • Proven experience in a client success, software project management, or related scrum master role. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Fluent English skills  
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities. 
  • Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes. 
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
