[HRS] Compensation & Benefits Intern

BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

• Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (Marsh Insurance, Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances).
• Responsible for HRS part on onboarding process (instruct new hired to fill in and submit P-files).
• Responsible for employees' profile, labour contract.
• Consult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare, dependent, social insurance, payslip...)
• Support to input data for monthly salary period.
• Other assignment from supervisor

• Working location: Long Thanh Plant, Dong Nai province ( shuttle bus provided)
• Must be undergraduate students, major in Business English, Business Administrations with high interest in Human Resources.
• Able to work full-time in 6 months .
• No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/social activities will have big advantage.
• Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Interpersonal skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill, Presentation skills.
• Eyes for details and good organization skills.
• High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality, able to work in multicultural teams.
• Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.
