The Role:
Due to Vault Cloud’s expansion we are looking for an Infrastructure Engineering Lead. Step into a world where your mastery of OpenStack and Ceph forms the backbone of Australia's cloud innovation. As one of our Engineering Leads, you will orchestrate the growth and refinement of our cloud infrastructure, leveraging the versatility of Kubernetes to drive scalability and resilience. Your strategic insight will be pivotal in crafting a robust, secure, and agile platform, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
Your leadership will inspire a team of dedicated engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Together, you will transform challenges into milestones, pushing the frontiers of cloud technology. To be successful you will be able to demonstrate:
- Openstack Expertise, including any certifications or contributions to OpenStack projects
- Leadership and team management skills and experience
- Technical specialization in storage solutions and OpenStack deployment/management
- Experience in Cloud Solutions (designing, architecting, deploying, managing)
- ITIL and Automation Toolkit familiarity
- A passion for technology and security
- Flexibility to enjoy and thrive within a fast-paced, agile, and expanding scale-up environment
