Finance & Controlling Management Trainee at Givaudan – Your future position?

In this role, you will be part of the local Finance team for managing all finance and controlling activities concerning financial reporting (group and statutory), local compliance reports, indirect tax, and so on. You will be working actively with various stakeholders and supporting the Finance Manager to ensure efficiency and compliance.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Financial reporting and control, including Group and Statutory reporting
  • Financial and Management Accounting as well as Government and regulatory reporting
  • Managerial or tax reporting and analysis
  • Assist in checking compliance with internal procedures and controls
  • Support local management in the development and analysis of business plans and cost savings opportunities
  • Collaborate and business partner with shared services, regional finance team and local cross-functional team
  • Undertake finance-related specialist project work as assigned.


Professional Profile

  • You should have at least 3-5 years of related experience
  • Fluent in English and local language 
  • Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to reach high-quality standards, attention to detail, and respect deadlines
  • Service-oriented mindset bringing value to the organization
  • Ability to work independently and committed to continuous personal development
  • Travel mobility between Givaudan & affiliate sites and for assigned projects
  • Willing to relocate for overseas assignments.
  • Highly computer literate: SAP experience, Advanced Excel
