Full Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as Compliance Senior Executive:

 

Perform task as assigned by LCQ Director for compliance risk management and providing reliable compliance counsel on both general and specific business ethics and compliance matters to management and LoB.

 

Proactively driving the  local Compliance Programme: Develop, execute and follow up on key compliance initiatives. Support LoB in engaging the organisation in effective implementation. Monitor performance and keep management updated on status.

 

Providing value adding review and advice to LoB on how to anchor a Business Ethics mind-set and ensure compliance.

 

Support LCQ director in Keeping updated with amendments to the framework and communicating such as relevant, to relevant stakeholders in a clear and operational manner.

 

Duly implementing compliance activities as advised by LCQ Director.

 

 

Perform task as assigned by LCQ Director for Reviewing and site-checks for documentations and activities.

 

Legislation List Monitor for legislation and guidelines in scope of the Compliance area.

 

Assisting on the compliance aspects of competitor complaints and providing stakeholders with counsel on relevant mitigating measures.

 

Assisting in the preparation for internal and external audits in relation to compliance.

 

Analysing work processes in order to identify measures which will enhance business efficiency in a compliant manner.

 

Perform task as assigned by LCQ Director for Training new employees in the unit on an introductory level to matters of compliance and business ethics.

 

Perform task as assigned by LCQ Director for Coordinating advanced training sessions on business ethics and compliance, targeted relevant stakeholders and develop materials suited for such training.

 

supports digitalization projects.

 

Supports Data Protection Responsible (DPR):

 

Perform task as assigned by LCQ Director for documenting and mapping business activities in affiliate, incl. engage stakeholders as part of mapping process and in fixing compliance gaps, where necessary.

 

Perform task as assigned by LCQ Director to follow up and management reporting.

 

Perform task as assigned by LCQ Director to Consult local legal or external counsel to identify local requirements in national legislation, if needed, and responsible for ensuring that these are reflected locally.

 

Support LCQ director for Acting as anchor point for interaction with local data protection authorities .

 

Perform task as assigned by LCQ Director for cascading communication and knowledge sharing within affiliate.

 

Support LCQ director for Ensure training is coordinated and conduct for all relevant employees (based on training materials developed by the Project team/DPO).

Advise organization on issues related to GDPR implementation in an NN context, sparring  with local legal as needed

 

Support local management and LCQ director in ensuring sufficient anchoring of DPR role for continued compliance.

Act as Legal executive

 

Licenses and Certificates: Follow up closely on the management list and requests for Business Licenses of the Branches/representative offices to ensure application on time;

 

Contracts: Handle reviewing contracts; improve the approval process flow and efficiency

 

Company CSC license supports: maintain the compliance checklist, follow up and review the organization compliance accordingly

 

Qualifications

 

  • Administrative experience
  • >2 years of pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred)
  • Experience from the area of compliance/business ethics and personal information
  • Great business partner mindset (a MUST)
  • Risk Analysis,  Assessment & Action
  • Communicating with Impact
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and analyze complex tasks
