• To develop, implement and maintain the quality assurance process oriented activities to prevent defects/ Mistakes
• Process Mgmt. to oversee all activities to maintain a desired level of excellence
• QMS audits at Toller annually
• Nonconformity and deviation process management, input to annual Management Review
• Build a strong plant quality team that works effectively to build quality culture across the Syngenta Tolling and Toller team
• Develop & establish Plant Quality Plan, include standards and measures for all activities in Toller in compliance to APAC Quality and local regulatory requirements.
• Establish Plant quality infrastructure, processes and allocate resources to support sampling, analysis and reporting of quality data and support decisions on non-conformances and abnormalities.
• Continuous improvement of seed product, work processes, operating performance, and repeat issues including customer complaints leading to a more quality assured operation

• Bachelor degree in engineering, agricultural, science or related academics background
• Understanding of seeds or agricultural supply chain processes would be an advantage
• Fluent speaking, and excellent writing / reporting in English.
• Experience in seed, agricultural, or related business operations
• Min. 3 year working experiences in Quality Assurance in Seeds Production, or for consumer products manufacturers.
• Demonstrate experiences working across functional boundaries while driving quality improvements.
