Production Staff/Supervisor

The Voltaira group develops, produces and sells complex cable and sensor solutions for the international automotive industry. Key applications include electromobility, active and passive safety, driver assistance systems, engine and powertrain as well as emission reduction and fuel efficiency. We are looking for

Production Staff/Supervisor

for Voltaira Vietnam  at the site Hai Duong city, Hai Duong Province, Vietnam

- Checking production result and q'ty worker in handover sheet of the day before today,

- Making & checking production plan

- Based on the confirm, making daily production plan and control line follow this plan

- Giving solutions when occurred problem while producing

- Monitoring production result/stock/next time export q'ty

- Making improvement report for line issues

- Receiving PO from customer, calculating manpower, materials stock status, machine capabilities and others to confirm

- Confirm delivery q'ty to customer

- Meeting with QC, QA, PE, WH about new drawing

- Making 4M change report and send to QA Dep't.

- Making working standard & check sheet base on control plan, specification of each process base on drawing.

- Make samples for new models

- Training workers

- When getting NG claims from customer or NCR from QC Dep't, finding root cause and making corrective action follow 8 steps of 8D report.

- Monitoring the implement and effectiveness of corrective action

- Make improvement for video meeting daily week (If have)

- Monitoring worker absence q'ty, checking worker absent application and getting approval for them.

- Control worker skill and worker arrangement at processes

- Control probation, overtime and maternity.

- Inventory all semi product, material and FG in line

- Internal audits follow yearly plan

- Prepare for audit of Customer (if have)

- Control SAP data daily

- Making others task follow manager requirement

- Bachelor's degree 

- Good at English & computer skills

- Have 3 years experiences in production management

- Have automotive background is advantage
