Retail Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to lead a luxury brand store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the retail operation, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales performance. The Retail Manager will lead a team, manage inventory, and uphold the brand's standards of excellence in customer service and product presentation.

Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:
   • Oversee day-to-day operations of the luxury retail store.
   • Ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store layout in line with brand standards.
   • Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
2. Team Leadership:
   • Recruit, train, and mentor retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
   • Set performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
   • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
3. Customer Experience:
   • Cultivate a luxury customer experience that reflects the brand's values.
   • Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
   • Train staff on delivering a personalized and elevated customer service experience.
4. Sales Management:
   • Set sales targets and KPIs for the team, driving sales performance.
   • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet or exceed targets.
   • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
5. Visual Merchandising:
   • Ensure the store is consistently presented to the highest visual merchandising standards.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute visual displays that highlight new arrivals and promotions.
6. Brand Compliance:
   • Uphold and enforce brand standards in all aspects of the store's operations.
   • Ensure that staff embodies the luxury brand image and values.
