Senior Agronomist - Mekong (801713)

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To arrange and execute with standard quality the allocated agronomical trial plans from Global, Regional & Country requirement. This includes the requirements of milestones, special conditions (virtual field tour, Digital clips, EDC)
• Support country commercial teams to launch new products in Vietnam by consulting & conducting local trials, research.
• To supervise and collaborate to the authorities to ensure Registration trials to deliver the expected results, ensure product registration timelines.
• To participate, assist and execute the assigned tasks with 3rd party in commercial & strategy ASEAP projects (e.g., Bayer Forward Farming, PPD UAS training)
• Build and sharing expertise across SEAP agronomist communities.
• Jointly explore and develop customized solutions for local business needs.
• Scout Champion | Data quality: develop the qualified requirement for this role, aligned to APAC standard. The bottom line is to ensure the best data quality from VN and educate, coach, leverage the essential Scout skills for field agronomists.
• Trial operation/management: assist to ensure trial execution progress and on time. Support and seek for opportunities to improve task efficiency and process excellence.
• As the coordinator to cASM, local academic communities and external stakeholders to support the assigned project – program.

• Profound knowledge of crop protection (at least 5 years in R&D areas).
• Good references are preferred.
