Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (50%):

  • Update our internal Application Tracking System (ATS) and HRIS databases with new employees/candidates information, including contact details and employment forms
  • Sourcing for potential candidates (Academic roles such as teachers, tutors, Educational consultants, Academic Admin, etc) using various platforms.
  • Screen resumes and application forms for all requested positions.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and the Hiring Manager
  • Manage the job posing activities (LinkedIn, TopCV, Vieclamgiaoduc, Glints, etc)
  • Prepare HR/TA-related reports as needed

Teacher Empowerment Coordinator (50%):

  • Supervise a team of center administrators, providing guidance, and feedback, and fostering a positive work environment
  • Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation
  • Monitor attendance and tuition fee collection status, addressing discrepancies and ensuring accurate records on CRM systems.
  • Monitor tuition fee collection status and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Ensure efficient space management for rental schemes and class schedules.
  • Facilitate follow-up on teacher absences and manage communication with students and parents.
