JOB PURPOSEThe Site SSHE Lead will provide the support to site leaders to ensure compliance of security & safety management system with Unilever SHE standards and local laws and regulations, Provide strategic direction for all aspects of safety, health, environment across a manufacturing site of over 200 employees (both Unilever and contractor employees).
The purpose of this role is to embed change, improve site's security, safety, health and environment culture, performance and partnership; and provide coaching to all levels of site leadership team aligned to the organisational vision and plan.Site SSHE Lead is responsible for managing all compliance and improvement activities in SSHE to achieve SSHE excellence and drive the Zero harm and site security management at manufacturing sites.MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
+ Deploy and ensure that the effective deployment of global/cluster SHE strategy, policy and SHE standards in the site to achieve excellent sustainable results.
+ Lead the SHE & Security Risk Assessment and develop/implement the risk mitigation action plan
+ Monitors and evaluates SSHE risks of operations, including change management, ensuring continuous improvement of the SHE program to make it leaner and more efficient.
+ Manages and develops SHE professionals and resources. Sets and monitors goals/objectives/assignments, provides adequate coaching/counseling, develops and monitors employee development plans, and provides recommendations as part of the succession planning, appraisal, and salary planning process
+ Lead the Environmental aspect and impact assessment and ensure impact mitigation and control area in place.
+ Support the Environmental project implementation e.g. reduce, and or improve the efficiency of consumption of Energy, water, CO2 emission and Waste generation.
+ Lead the UMS in SHE related Pillar e.g. OHS,PSM to meet with the UMS implementation target and support for the UMS E&S pillar.
+ Monitor site legal compliance and ensure the site meets all local/national regulatory requirements and Unilever standards, provide advice on national SHE legislation requirements & implement relevant procedures and policies
+ Conduct the Occupational Hygiene, and Environmental monitoring base on the Unilever, local regulation monitoring requirements and submit the report on time accuracy e.g. EPR,
+ Lead the incident report and investigation, conduct incident trend analysis to understand the common root cause and prevent the repeat incident.
+ Enhance the SHE Culture and promote safety behavior observation (SBO)
+ Work closely with Occupational Health personnel to identify the similar exposure group and mitigate risks which may lead to occupational ill health
+ Lead the emergency preparedness and response plan and conduct the drill base on the potential scenario that can cause the emergency incident.
+ Assist the site leader to develop and lead the internal BCP, Crisis committees and safety committee; support the site leader in leading serious incident investigation and analysis
+ Establish and maintain the SHE & Security management system, process and procedure as required
+ Establish the SHE Communication plan, the training need and training plan base on the risk and other requirements e.g. Unilever SHE std., Local regulations etc.
+ Develop the internal SHE inspection and audit program and the improvement action plan and Executes the Global Audit program with active participation in system and technical audits; Ensures timely corrective actions are taken when SHE hazards are identified.

REQUIREMENTS:
+ 5-10 yrs relevant knowledge gained through on-the-job learning, especially in the areas of SHE systems management. Occupational health and safety or relevant.

+ Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
+ Sound people skills with the ability to establish and build on working relationships effectively across all levels of the organization from site director/manager to frontline employees.

**Education and Experience**

The Logistics Quality & Security Team is responsible for upholding operational excellence within the Logistics Supply Chain across Forward, Reverse and Service Logistics.

• Design and propose, implement the security solutions to ensure the information security for VAS: SIEM, NAC, PAM…
• Cooperate with Procurement, Accounting, Finance team, and IT Security solutions Suppliers implementation the VAS IT Security projects complying with the VAS purchasing process and policy.
• Develop, review and support implementing the VAS information security policies, standards and procedures.
• Manage and configure the security devices: NGFW, WAF to ensure the security for VAS IT systems and endpoints.
• Implement, manage and monitor information security, analyze the security information and event, correlate to detect the threats, intrusion, data leakage, and report to Management as well as immediately remediate the security incidents.
• Regularly conduct the security vulnerability scanning for the applications, servers, and network devices; propose and follow up with the security findings mitigation plan to ensure the vulnerabilities are fixed on time.
• Participate in IT projects and provide the security consultant to ensure the security for VAS IT systems.
• Research, conduct the PoC and propose the security solution to improve the information security for VAS.
• Other tasks as assigned by Management.

• At least 2 years working in IT Security
• Good at Microsoft Office, having experience with Power BI/ Power App would be an advantage
• Good English skill (written and verbal) is highly preferred
• Security+ or CEH qualification would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of IT Infrastructure components: Firewalls-IPS/IDS, Network and network protocols, Windows (workstations and servers) OS/ Linux, and their security configuration.
• Strong knowledge of and have designed/implemented/operated the security systems: NGFW/WAF/Vulnerability Management/SIEM.
• Good knowledge of web and mobile applications and web/mobile application security.
• Work with vendors to conduct the Penetration Test for VAS IT systems and network; Analyze the test report and cooperate with related stakeholders to remediate the security findings.
• Good at security incident detection, analysis, and response, especially in emergent situation.
• Carefulness, good communication skills, good at negotiation to get the job done.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, withstand work pressure, accept business trips when required.
• High responsibility and enthusiasm, discipline, supportive mindset.
