The Product Marketing Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for developing and implementing the business strategies for Hematology, Urinalysis and Microbiology.
This position is part of the Commercial department located in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam and will be working onsite. With Beckman Hema, UA and Micro, we understand Lab challenges and provide scalable solutions to Low, Mid and High Lab with their own KPIs.
You will be a part of the Product Marketing team and report to the Marketing Manager, SEA North responsible for the Vietnam market. If you thrive in a multifunctional, supporting role and want to work to build a world-class Commercial organization-read on.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Developing and implementing the business strategies for Hematology, Urinalysis and Microbiology solutions to support business growth in Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar.
+ Deliver marketing plan and messaging plan yearly with prioritized features and corresponding justification (develop the core positioning and messaging for the portfolios).
+ Screen, collate and analyze market intelligence in the competitive spaces for the formulation of sales and marketing strategies in responding to the market dynamic. Providing market feedback to the APAC marketing team and customizing product launch plans (LEX) for the local market to support the business.
+ Provide technical product training, marketing support, and Pre & Post-sales support to Channel Partners in Vietnam, Thailand and Myanmar
+ Support activities to ensure the Sales objectives are met. Implement a business plan designed to achieve the annual business and financial goals of the organization.
+ Perform co-visit with Vietnamese, Thailand and Myanmar Channel Partners and BEC Associates at key accounts for New Product Implementation and prioritize marketing activities in those accounts in an active sales cycle (existing and competitive) to position Beckman Coulter products for customer's needs.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Degree or equivalent in Biotechnology, Biology or Science related subject.
+ Minimum 3 years of technical and marketing experience in In-Vitro Diagnostic (IVD / Life Science (Ls) markets; Technical support experience in Hematology and Urinalysis.
+ Well-versed with market dynamics in Vietnam with an established track record of initializing and implementing successful marketing strategies. Good strategic thinkers without losing sight of details and processes.
+ Possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and influence team members cross-functional peers, customers, and dealers.
+ Possess strong language proficiency in English.

**Responsibilities**:
- Accountable for the full go-to-market strategy and execution for creative products to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the onboarding and training of advertisers, fostering client engagement and empowerment. Assist in pitching products/solutions to clients and engage in client discussions.
- Partner closely with the Global Business Solutions team to understand and address advertiser business' requirements through the right creative products.

- Analytical, data sensitive & goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial & error iterations and constantly improving.
