**Responsibilities**
Market development and business opportunities
+ Foster local relationships to capitalize on sales opportunities and growth potential for new client acquisition
+ Monitor trends (products, industry, clients) and react accordingly to maintain correct merchandising assortments to respond to local customer needs, client development and communication
+ Identify new business opportunities not limited to opening of new stores, but also relocation to achieve business goals and build relations potential business partners, e.g. landlords, hotels and entertainment sectors, etc. Propose and implement plans to expand the potential customer pool and enhance the outreach to potential customers
Fiscal Accountability
+ Develop Annual Budget and deliver sales, profitability targets and market share growth
+ Develop, execute and maintain overall sales, expense and profitability strategy including forecasts, budgets, staffing plans and be able to perform in and adapt to shifting of market priorities, economic conditions and the general demands of the business
+ Guide and support the sales and store leaders in their achievement of sales, expense and profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly, annual and rolling basis
+ Oversee and ensure effective execution and ongoing management of strategic retail objectives and companywide initiatives.
+ Demonstrate favorable / positive Audit control results and full compliance (individually and reporting team) with Tiffany policies and procedures
Client Development
+ Strengthen the client base, existing and new clients. Understand the client profiles and set up specific targets and plan for the stores. Work with the store management in setting up client development objectives for each member and monitor the result.
+ Assess local market opportunities to develop together with the Client Development Manager a proactive and effective client development strategy to drive new client acquisition, lapsed client re-engagement, and cultivation of Tiffany Register (TR) clients, optimizing promotion and TR activities.
+ Assess the market opportunities to develop a proactive and effective client development strategy focusing on international tourism.
+ Identify new client opportunities and develop and implement strategic plans to expand the potential client base and enhance outreach efforts
+ Search and propose new potential locations and present to Management for consideration, taking into account of market conditions, demography, competition and related luxury business potentials
+ Develop a healthy balance between different merchandise categories (specifically between fine jewelry, engagement and High Jewelry), providing the correct support and training for the development of each one.
Talent Management
+ Coach and develop a strong sales management team by providing guidance, support and regular performance feedback to foster a store environment reflective of the Tiffany Experience to enhance client engagement, build enduring relationships and represent Tiffany & LVMH values throughout the market
+ Develop and oversee Staffing activities including hiring, retaining and promoting the highest performers. Build a robust internal and external pipeline by identifying and selecting top talent for every hiring decision. Work collaboratively with HR and Senior Management team to ensure a consistent, branded onboarding experience for all new employees
+ Develop and maintain a positive and professional working environment both internally and externally by demonstrating leadership through the highest levels of trust, integrity, fairness and professionalism.
+ Oversee and provide guidance on training initiatives, in conjunction with Retail Learning and HR to ensure all staff are appropriately inducted and trained in selling, client development as well as operational, client services etc.

+ Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through effective and timely communications.
Operations and Systems support
+ Oversee and ensure that all matters related to visual merchandising, Merchandising, inventory management, store facilities, Security Management, and other operation matters are managed in compliant manner and to Tiffany Standards
Functional Partnerships / Regional Leadership
+ Work closely with SAP Regional functional heads to guarantee effective support for Vietnam business priorities and the correct growth of the business
+ Influence functional agendas to achieve Markets business objectives
+ Work collaboratively with finance, marketing and merchandising to build an effective and ambitious annual plan, establishing the correct KPI's and measurements to ensure timely tracking, course correction and compliance

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**PROPERLY MANAGE MERCHANDISE & INVENTORY**
- Works closely with the Brand manager team to ensure that each brand and store is stocked with an appropriate depth and width of merchandise that is relevant to the profile of the brand/store’s client
- Oversees the OTB and buying process and provides guidance to the brand managers team to ensure a good balance between image (VM) and commercial needs
- Proactively brainstorms with VM, Retail, Marketing, Operation on how to improve sell-through

**OVERSEE MARCOM ACTIVITIES**
- Work closely with marketing and CRM to create and execute marketing calendars for each assigned brand while following brand guidelines
- Supervise all brands’ periodic promotions, special discounts or offers, and corporate or VIC events to increase client acquisitions, traffic and revenues

**MANAGE KPIs**
- Works with brand managers and store managers to fulfill monthly and yearly KPIs
- Recommends and enhances incentive / hot bonus schemes to achieve short-term and long-term Service and Sales target
- Identify and suggest ways to improve service practices and procedures.
- Implement and organize annual performance reviews, prepare data and assist Retail Director in setting up annual strategy and specific business objectives.

**OVERSEE STORE AND DEPARTMENT’S OPERATIONAL ASPECTS**
- Ensures all operational procedures regarding sales, discounts, transfers, stock adjustments and all policies are followed.
- Monitor all the planning of brand events and activation in stores and ensure that the execution is seamless
- Ensures reports and appropriate paperwork (if still needed) is accurately completed

**DEVELOP NEW BUSINESS**
- Actively searching for new upcoming brands that are suitable for the local market and overseeing the end-to-end process from initiating contact to signing a distribution contract
- Supervise the expansion and implementation of new store opening plans in coordination with related departments
- Keep close relationships with landlord and departmental store partners, so as to update the leasing market information and identify potential locations for new stores

**Sales/ Customer Service**:

- Sales Service.
- Keep up-to-date store information and product knowledge and sell and promote merchandise and services of the store.
- Practice complementary sales (i.e., recommend tie to go with shirt)
- Provide the highest level of customer service.
- Work with team to achieve sales target.
- Complete transactions on POS system &control daily cash-in & cash-out.

**Stock Control**:

- Check stock daily to ensure that shelves are well-stocked and replenish stock whenever necessary.
- Return any damaged stock according to procedures.
- Assist in physical stock-taking.
- Receiving and check quantity, quality, sizes and price tags of stock.

**Housekeeping and Merchandise Display**:

- Keep sales area clean and tidy, pick up/ dispose (any) litter.
- Keep the showcases and fixtures (including and storeroom,) clean and tidy; clean/ dust, merchandise to keep them looking new andclean.
- Ensure that merchandise on display is neat and orderly.
- Assist in promotion/ festive merchandise display.

**Security**:

- Always be alert of suspicious characters; report any shop-lifting to superior/ security officer.
- Carry out changing room control procedures.

**Market & Customers’ Information**:

- Feedback to superior onthe demandof merchandise.
- Feedback on customer comments regarding quality, usage, prices etc.

**Administrative Procedures**:

- Understand and handle customer’s request of issuing invoice & tax refund.
- Replenish stationery supplies (bags, wrapping paperetc)
- Complete necessary forms such as Repeat Order Requisition Form, Out of Stock Form,DailySales Record etc.
- Any other duties as and when assigned by the company.
