- 10+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Director of Security, CISO).
- Proven experience developing and executing successful enterprise-wide security strategies.
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and threat landscapes.
- Extensive knowledge of risk management, compliance, and incident response methodologies.
- Experience with various security technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint protection, and encryption.
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executive leadership.
- Experience managing security budgets and vendor relationships.
