The job includes liaising with clients and various stakeholders on their respective projects. This includes discussions with multinational and executive-level members of the Clients; corresponding with political members and government officials on license, permits and concessions; coordinating with strategy and management consultants on various commercial and business related issues; corresponding with lawyers on legal issues; corresponding with technical and engineering consultants on surveys, studies and design works; and coordinating with other team members of EAIC;
Below are the general description of the job:
1. Market Research: Responsible to oversee market research on relevant industries:

- Conduct research on energy sector / industry, relevant companies and projects
- Conduct research on other sectors / industries, relevant companies and projects upon request by BOD

2. Business Development: Consult on business development activities of EAIC:

- Prepare proposals on consulting services to the prospective clients of EAIC
- Prospect and engage with the prospective clients of EAIC

3. Planning: Responsible to prepare budgets for projects of the Clients:

- Scope budgeting requirements from the Clients
- Prepare and update budget forecasts for projects of the Clients
- Prepare and monitor budget controls for projects of the Clients

4 Financial Models: Responsible for financial modeling of projects of the Clients
- Scope Financial Forecast Model requirements from the Clients
- Collect and analyze data from the Clients
- Prepare and update Financial Forecast Models for the Clients
- Conduct relevant valuation analysis
- Conduct relevant sensitivity analysis
- Conduct relevant project finance analysis

Below are the immediate responsibilities of the job:
1. Energy Sector Research Analysis: To provide top-down and bottom-up analysis of the energy sector in Vietnam
- Collect and analyze third-party research
- Prepare, analyze and update economic and industry data in tables and charts
- Prepare tables of energy projects in Vietnam with relevant categories
- Prepare tables of various energy sector companies with relevant categories
- Prepare write-ups on energy sector
- Prepare write-ups on energy projects
- Prepare write-ups on energy companies

2. Power Project Budget: To prepare and update comprehensive development (pre-construction) budget
- Prepare and update cost categories for budget and management accounting
- Prepare and update baseline budget forecast
- Prepare and update contract ledger
- Prepare and update invoices ledger
- Prepare and update payments ledger
- Prepare and update cash flow analysis

3. Power Financial Model: Responsible to prepare financial model calculator based on PPA
- Scope Financial Model requirements for PPA
- Model operating parameter inputs
- Model total investment costs and respective spend schedule
- Model operations and maintenance cost and respective spend schedule
- Model fuel tolling infrastructure costs and respective charges
- Model fuel contracts
- Model fuel inventory positions and losses
- Model tax liabilities and incentives
- Model debt servicing costs and repayment amortization schedule
- Model cost of equity and termination payment
- Calculate tariff components
- Calculate availability payments and energy payments
- Model valuation analysis based on DCF, NPV, peer market multiples, precedent transactions as well as termination and exit
- Model various sensitivity analysis

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Undergraduate degree, preferably in finance, banking, accounting, business or related field and preferably with masters degree
- 3 to 10 years of experience in finance, accounting or banking industry and preferably in project development in infrastructure, energy, finance, investment or related field; real estate experience also welcome
- Knowledge of project controls software, preferably Oracle Primavera and Aconex
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software with excellent skills in Excel
- Passion for economic development and energy and infrastructure preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
