A/ Mô tả công việc

1/ Nghiên cứu & Phát triển sản phẩm

• Phát triển sản phẩm thực phẩm mới theo định hướng công ty, đảm bảo phù hợp với thị hiếu khách hàng và xu hướng thị trường.
• Cải tiến công thức sản phẩm hiện có để nâng cao chất lượng, tối ưu chi phí và quy trình sản xuất.
• Nghiên cứu nguyên liệu mới, công nghệ sản xuất mới nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất và tính cạnh tranh của sản phẩm.

2/ Kiểm soát chất lượng sản phẩm

• Phối hợp với bộ phận QA/QC để đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn an toàn thực phẩm, đáp ứng các quy định của pháp luật.
• Thực hiện kiểm tra, đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm
• Xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến chất lượng sản phẩm trong quá trình nghiên cứu và triển khai thực tế.

3/ Quản lý quy trình & tài liệu

• Xây dựng và cập nhật tài liệu kỹ thuật, tiêu chuẩn nguyên liệu, công thức sản xuất.
• Hướng dẫn và đào tạo nhân viên trong bộ phận về quy trình nghiên cứu và thử nghiệm sản phẩm.
• Báo cáo tiến độ, kết quả thử nghiệm và đề xuất phương án cải tiến sản phẩm lên cấp quản lý

4/ Phối hợp liên phòng ban

• Làm việc với bộ phận Kinh doanh để phát triển sản phẩm phù hợp với chiến lược.

5/ Nghiên cứu thị trường & xu hướng thực phẩm

• Kiểm tra ngẫu nhiên tình trạng vệ sinh xe tải & đồng phục tác phong tài xế trước khi chất hàng lên xe

• Quản lý năng lực nhà cung cấp:

• Làm báo cáo nhập hàng mỗi tháng

• Thực hiện phản hồi/khiếu nại, ban hành biểu mẫu CAR cho nhà cung cấp khi hàng hóa bị lỗi

• Thực hiện đánh giá định kỳ & đánh giá công nhận mới nhà cung cấp hàng ướt

• Định kỳ qua nhà cung cấp để thẩm tra điều kiện bảo quản, cấp đông, nhận hàng tại đơn vị kho bên ngoài.

You'll do

• Study and analyze requirements and system specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Work with internal teams (e.g developers and team leaders) to identify system requirements/the customer needs.
• Create test design and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize testing activities
• Perform thorough regression testing/exploratory testing when bugs are resolved
• Troubleshoot and report bugs and errors to development teams

You have…

• From 3 years of working experience in software Testing (API, Web, Mobile Testing, …), preferably in the ecommerce domain
• Basic knowledge about UI/UX
• Cross browser, cross platform, and responsive web/mobile testing experience
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks
• Analytical mind and good problem-solving skills
• Proactive, responsible, organized, able to work independently, and gives attention to detail
• Reading/writing in English at intermediate level. (TOEIC 500point)
• ISTQB Foundation certification is plus
