**Your Career**
The Solutions Consultant is the evolution of the traditional Sales Engineering role, aligning how we best serve our customers in understanding their environment, providing solution guidance and ensuring value realization in their investment with Palo Alto Networks. As a Solutions Consultant you provide technical leadership and expertise and guidance in your customer's security transformation journey.
You will play a key role in defining technical solutions that secure a customer's key business imperatives and ensuring value realization of their investment with Palo Alto Networks. You evangelize our industry leadership in on-prem, cloud, and security operations services that establish PANW as your customer's cybersecurity partner of choice.

+ Meeting and exceeding sales quotas by building and implementing strategic, technical account plans that target cross-platform solutions
+ Your ability to position, demonstrate and create high level designs across the entire PANW portfolio based on customer business needs
+ Conducting discovery to understand and articulate the key technical, operational, and commercial imperatives of your prospects and customers
+ Working closely with Professional Services, Customer Success and Specialist teams to ensure overall customer implementation and adoption of solutions
+ Demonstrating strong communication skills and the ability to influence through effective presentations and customer-specific demos, technical engagements, and workshops
+ Leading successful technical validation efforts based on best practices to ensure technical win in assigned opportunities
+ Orchestrating supporting resources (Specialists, Channel Resources, Customer Support) to ensure a one-team approach that demonstrates a cohesive strategy
+ Promoting end-to-end solutions that include PANW and/or partner professional services to ensure customers realize business value sooner
+ Understanding the competitive landscape and effectively differentiating our leadership
+ Continuously investing in yourself to develop technical and professional skills that drive your ever-increasing contributions to success of our customers while actively participating within the Solutions Consultant community and at industry events
+ (OT) - Identifying technical stakeholders and cultivating relationships with key personas to build and drive a security architecture transformation roadmap
**Your Experience**
+ Understanding of data networking and/or modern application design and cloud architectures
+ Delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives
+ Influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role - prior experience in a pre-sales role is ideal
+ Creating and delivering technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements
+ Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions - Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP and/or SOC Transformation Technologies
+ Partnering with Customer Support functions to ensure successful implementation and adoption of sold solutions
+ Complex sales involving long sales processes with multiple buying centers and multi-product solutions are preferred

**The Opportunity**
**What You'll Do**
MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
- Serves as the Talent and Organization consulting leader for affiliate cluster of Vietnam, SEA & ANZ and a key member of the APAC Talent Development Leadership Team.
- Works as an internal advisor to Business Leaders and Business HR (BHR) Leaders in area of Talent and Organization Development.
- Plans, executes and delivers talent and organization strategies and interventions for the different Abbott business divisions across Medical Devices, Nutrition and Diagnostics and Pharmaceuticals in Vietnam, SEA & ANZ and selected markets across APAC (when needed) which drives both short term and long-term business success as well as providing value add to the workforce.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reports to APAC Director for Talent and Organization Consulting (TOC) and is part the group of Affiliate TOC Consulting Leaders in APAC driving APAC strategy and respective affiliate priorities.
- Leads a team of experienced TOC managers in running the consulting practice across the cluster as well as provide in-direct oversight to L&D operations in
- Acts as an advisor who partners with Affiliate Business HR Directors/Leaders and Business Leaders (Division Vice Presidents and General Managers) in T&OD solutioning and executing related initiatives and projects.
- Aligns with regional BHR Directors from different business divisions on global and APAC priorities including executing global/APAC initiatives within Vietnam, SEA & ANZ and selected markets across APAC.
- Interacts with Global Talent Development and TOC organization to align talent, OD and consulting strategies, best practices and methodologies/tools.
- Lead team of TOC managers in the following for Vietnam, SEA & ANZ:
- To assess, diagnose, plan and implement strategic talent and organization solutions to support business strategy.
- Provides consulting and coaching to Business Leaders and BHR Leaders and/or key customers and stakeholders on executing key talent and organization strategies.
- Proactively works with Talent Development partners to design and implement talent and organization initiatives and plans. This may include organization/team effectiveness, leadership development, culture development and change management.
- Assess the organizations learning and development needs across all levels, identifying and prioritizing critical skills, recommending near and long-term capability and skill requirements to effectively execute Abbott's strategy.
- Drives efforts in measuring and reporting the impact of Talent and OE support to achieve business objectives including measuring and reporting the impact of talent and organization interventions at the business and organization level using evaluation, metrics, focus groups and performance results.
- Lead talent management-related activities such as Cross-Division TMR preparation and facilitation, talent pipeline readiness and talent development.
- Driving a culture of continuous improvement and effectiveness through the development of strong relationships with key players.
- Strategize, develop and implement Key Talent and Leadership development program for talent pools in Vietnam, SEA & ANZ
- Facilitate senior leadership team meetings, partner with BHR leaders to design interventions for different business divisions.
- Facilitate new leader assimilation and leadership team effectiveness for new leaders and leadership teams to enable business success
**Required Qualifications**
Education Level/Major/Field of Study
Bachelor's degree in any discipline e.g. Human Resource, Psychology, Business, Economics, , Finance, Marketing, & etc.
Master's degree: MBA or Masters in L&D, OD or related field preferred
Experience/Background
- ~12 years of Talent and Organization Development experience in a variety of disciplines including organization development, consulting, org design, training, talent & leadership development, talent management, performance management and change management. Other HR related experiences across other HR practice areas would be an added advantage.
- Experienced in working in internal consulting roles/capacity or external consulting roles in large professional consulting services firms.
- Experienced and comfortable in working in large, complex global organizations including working in an affiliate business structure outside the corporate HQ.
- Good experience in partnering with different BHR teams and HR Practice Centers in a matrixed affiliate/regional/global HR operating model including effectively interacting with different colleagues from different countries across APAC
- Proven success in managing senior stakeholders at a Division Vice President / General Manager level as well as different stakeholders across different affiliates in APAC.
- Proven ability to plan, innovate, organize, prioritize and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently in an agile manner within a fast-paced environment.
Language Proficiency
English Proficient in reading, writing and speaking at a working language level

Basic Qualifications
- 10 years' experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Hands-on technical expertise in technology automation, implementation, integration, and/or deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS experience preferred, with proficiency in a wide range of AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)

- Implementation experience with enterprise security solutions such as SSO, Federation, WAF, IPS, Anti-DDOS, and SIEM and understanding architectural implications of meeting industry standards such as PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, and NIST frameworks and relevant regulatory frameworks such as Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), BOT Notifications SorNorSor 21/2562, 6/2561, 11/2561, etc.
