Summary
Conduct training programs to strengthen new and existing employees' technical and/or interpersonal skill development. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training provided. May be involved in plan and design of existing course enhancements. Must be knowledgeable of manufacturing concepts, practices, procedures and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in text and audio training and evaluation projects to support the development of AI language models.
  • Provide effective prompts and conversational input to train chatbots in both written and spoken formats.
  • Conduct evaluations of chatbot responses to ensure accuracy, fluency, and natural use of the target language or dialect.
  • Support the training of LLMs to improve their efficiency in speaking and conversing in a native and natural manner across chat and voice.
  • Collaborate with project leads and follow provided guidelines to ensure consistency and quality in all training and evaluation activities.
  • Adapt to a mix of both evaluation and training tasks, depending on project needs.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must have reliable high-speed internet and a functioning device (laptop, desktop, etc.) to ensure seamless communication and productivity.
  • Urgency: Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that all candidates have these resources in place from day one to avoid any delays in onboarding or task completion.

Project Requirements

  • Must be a fluent speaker (L2/L3) of the target language.
  • Must have grown up and been educated entirely in the country where the target language is spoken.
  • Verification of citizen status and educational background will be required.
  • Must have good English communication skills for coordination and project tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Additional Information

  • Freelance/Task-Based Role: Work hours are irregular and depend on task availability, averaging 0 to 20 hours per week.
  • Time Zone: Availability aligned with IST (preferred start from 8 am IST onwards).
  • Onboarding: Candidates will complete onboarding through to ensure international compliance standards. A W-8 BEN form will be provided for non-U.S. residents.

  • Receive information from sales to deploy in-house and public training classes
  • Contact customers and finalize training schedule
  • Arrange trainers to conduct training
  • Prepare materials and logistics for classrooms and trainers
  • Update the training schedule to the training monitoring system
  • Invoice and collect tuition fee
  • Notify training results and send certificates to trainees
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Managers

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business Admin or Technical major
