1. Overview
- This is a high-impact Accounts Management role that provides an exciting opportunity to manage all aspects of Mastercard's business relationship with assigned customers.
- The position demands a self-motivated, commercially pragmatic business developer with strong stakeholder relationship management and influencing skills. You will work closely with customers and Mastercard's cross-functional teams to create and implement impactful payment programs that maximize segment penetration and drive revenue targets.

2. Role and Responsibilities
- Take primary responsibility for managing the relationship and profitability of assigned customers.
- Lead all account management and business development activities for your customer set.
- Design and execute strategic and tactical plans to enhance both customer and Mastercard profitability.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key influencers at customer banks and collaborate with Mastercard support teams.
- Work with Mastercard's cross-functional teams to identify new segment and product opportunities, developing tailored propositions to maximize segment penetration.
- Leverage Mastercard's brand sponsorships, products, and services to deliver exceptional value to customers.
- Oversee all administrative and operational issues related to your target customers.

- Recommend market strategies, including pricing, market introduction, profit planning, and budget management.
3. About You / Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Product Management.
- Strong knowledge of digital payments and cards from an Issuing, Acquiring, and Network perspective is essential.
- Previous experience in the payments or banking domain is preferred.
- Ability to integrate knowledge across various disciplines (Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Risk).

This role will represent Agency Strategic Program Management to take an ownership and responsibility for the full end-to-end delivery of Agency Strategic Program and any other programs which may be launched from time to time.
**Position Resposibilities** :
Agency Strategic Program Management (60%)
+ Develop business cases to align with Agency strategy and articulate a plan with objectives, prioritization, deliverable, timelines and a formal tracking process.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ ?Bachelor's degree is a minimum. Master's degree will be favorable.
+ At least 5 years of fulltime work experience, with demonstrable experience in delivering high profile projects/programs for the company.
+ Project consultancy and management consultancy. Experience is a plus. Prior P&L ownership and/or business unit ownership is a plus.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Strong in senior stakeholder management and working collaboratively across departments.
**Preferred Qualifications**

Position Purpose
The ideal candidate for this role will help ensure the hotel's infrastructure, equipment, and systems are operating efficiently and safely. This role involves performing routine maintenance tasks, responding to repair needs, and supporting the overall upkeep of hotel facilities to provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. The Facility Management Team Member will collaborate with other departments to ensure that hotel operations run smoothly.
Duties & Key Responsibilities
**Maintenance and Operation of Equipment:**
Ensure the working condition of air conditioning (AC) facilities is maintained, minimize power consumption and operational costs, and maintain accurate records for monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance reports.
Regularly inspect and maintain exhaust systems, refrigeration towers, and refrigerators to ensure optimal operation. Periodically replace components like blowers, FCU, AHU, and filter nets.
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel's sound systems and associated equipment, including public address systems, security monitoring systems, in-house movie systems, background music systems, satellite systems, telephone systems, and fire alarm systems. Ensure the highest quality of maintenance and maximum guest satisfaction.
Regularly inspect meters and log readings according to regulations.
Ensure timely replacement of burnt-out light bulbs across all hotel areas.
**Safety and Fire Control:**
Implement safety duties and ensure the safety of guests and team members during the shift.
Operate all fire control equipment expertly and organize the extinguishment of fires at the beginning stages. Assist with evacuation procedures when necessary.
Conduct regular fire patrols, identifying any safety hazards, and take prompt corrective action. Report any findings to higher authorities immediately.
Be familiar with the locations and operation of hotel fire facilities and equipment.
Carry out shift handovers according to company regulations and ensure that work requiring follow-up is recorded in detail.
**Security and Surveillance:**
Monitor and operate all security monitoring equipment to identify potential security threats promptly.
Report, examine, and monitor suspicious personnel or items found during patrolling.

Requirements
Graduate from a professional school and possess a high-tension electric certificate.
At least 1 year of air condition and refrigeration working experience.
Minimum 1-year CCTV officer experience, preferably in a hotel.
Strong background with hotel chiller set, A.H.Us equipment repair and maintenance.
Possess both electrical and mechanical knowledge.
Knowledgeable of audio-visual systems, lighting systems, security monitoring systems, back-ground music systems, satellite systems,telephone systems and fire alarming systems.
Good experience in the repair of damaged, old furniture, carpets, ceilings, doors, hardware, locks, etc., and capable of proposing solutions.
Knowledgeable of hotel security operations, hotel electric,transformer room,generator supply systems.
Strong fire control knowledge is required.
Basic English level, both written and verbal to meet business needs.
Qualifications
A degree in engineering, electrical, or a related field is preferred.
