In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is:

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Intern will be trained and coached on general SCM process – mostly on job training.
• Intern will support the function on detail documentation work under detail instruction/ guidance from senior staff in ABB (shipping documents control, customs clearance checking, CO application, etc.)
• Intern will support minor activities as assigned by senior staff or function head with detail instruction/ guidance.
• Intern is supposed to have self-learning plan in order to catch-up knowledge from experience members in ABB
• Intern is encouraged to have self communication with other functions in ABB to have wider field of knowledge during their internship.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Senior Students or fresh graduates holding University degrees in International Business Administration/Commerce or related majors.

Champion ARI Distribution: DSS will take the lead in ensuring all ARI (Availability, Rates, Inventory) connections are properly established and maintained.

Rate Plan & Rate Code Management: Oversee and manage all rate plans and rate codes across online platforms.

Regular ARI Audits & Maintenance: Conduct frequent audits and maintenance of ARI to ensure smooth operations.

OTA Profile Management: Audit and ensure that each property's profile on OTAs is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the actual property information.

RFP Handling: Support RFP processes as required.

Tracking & Reporting: Provide tracking and reporting support when needed.

Collaboration with Country DSS Lead: Work closely with the country DSS lead on HQ tasks and campaigns.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with relevant teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Revenue, Reservations) to ensure all tasks are executed effectively.

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing preferred.
• Additional work experience may substitute for degree

Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: triệu VNĐ)

• Quản lý đơn hàng từ khâu đặt hàng đến khi hàng về kho: xác nhận đặt hàng, theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất, giao hàng, thanh toán, hàng đi đường, hàng về kho.
• Làm việc với các bên forwarder, agent về thủ tục thông quan hàng hóa, chuẩn bị hồ sơ cần thiết để nhập khẩu khẩu (Sales Contract, Invoice, Packing list, B/L, CO, giấy kiểm định.), xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh.
• Chuẩn bị bộ chứng từ thanh toán quốc tế chuyển bộ phận kế toán thanh toán.
• Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra, đối chiếu các hồ sơ liên quan đến hàng hoá, sản phẩm từ nhà cung cấp, xác nhận thông tin nhập hàng với bên forwarder, agent và thực hiện lưu trữ chứng từ.
• Hỗ trợ dịch thuật và hỗ trợ giao tiếp với đối tác Trung Quốc qua WeChat, email, điện thoại.
• Hỗ trợ tìm kiếm, liên hệ, đàm phán và làm việc trực tiếp với các xưởng, nhà cung cấp bên Trung Quốc về nguồn hàng, mẫu mã, giá cả, phương thức thanh toán, vận chuyển.
• Các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
