- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Vietnam as a practicing therapist.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated expertise in assessing and treating a wide range of pediatric developmental and functional challenges.
- Strong understanding of child development, therapeutic modalities, and family-centered care principles.
- Excellent clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and team-building abilities.
- Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and lead a team effectively.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
