8. Driving, developing and improving key processes with team, e.g. requirement management, DFMEA, DFM/DFA and CTQ resource management, NPI etc.
9. Act as a liaison between the Customer or Sales office in Japan/Korea and Engineering in US/China & factory teams also.
10. Will interpret specifications and communicate with Engineering teams within the factory.
11. Plan the production readiness for all processes for NPI project within the factory, i.e. Molding, SMT, Assembly, testing, initial material supply.
12. Be responsible for tracking the progress of multiple projects on a day-to-day basis.
13. Familiar with project management system, document management system and ERP system, and have some knowledge of supply plan management.
14. Training Associate FPM and FPM, supervising daily works of team members, monitoring team project progress.
15. Other tasks as assigned by Senior Director.
**Formal Education & Certification**
1. Graduated from college/ university with a major in business administration, English language or other areas of study may be considered.
2. Other Certifications /Training preferred.
