**Key Responsibilities**:
- Participate in relating project: Asset-Liability Management (ALM), Funding transfer Pricing (FTP), BS optimization ( BSO) and Project related to Liquidity Risk, IRRBB (Basel 2, Basel 3, );
- Develop, methodology and tools for ALM and/or FTP, propose recommendations to improve ALM and/or FTP framework governance;
- Develop Liquidity risk and IRRBB models, behavior pattern for clients, then propose recommendations to improve or revise their models;
- Possibly participate in participation in public sector consulting projects, specifically capital market improvement/development projects;
- Prepare, organize and conduct training and knowledge transfer to clients and team members;
- Establish, develop and maintain client network via professional manners.
**Requirement**:
- Have experience at a bank or an independent consulting unit: Asset-Liability Management (ALM), Funding transfer Pricing (FTP);
- Having CFA and others (completed or in progress) would be a plus;
- Database and programming knowledge and exposure in the use of various tools such as Quantitative, SQL, Oracle, R, etc. should be a privilege;
- Have logical and coherent thinking in presenting ideas, being agile and flexibly grasping problems;
- Strong analytical and mathematic sense;
- Excellent written & spoken English and Vietnamese;

- Able to work independently and drive projects to completion
