Job Description
Support the ANI Business HR team in delivering strategic HR initiatives by managing HR data, reports and providing BHR support for assigned small functions. This role acts as key enabler for data-driven decision making and contributes to employee experience and business outcomes This role is requested to proactive leading in 3 main job scopes as below. 1. HR data & Reporting (40%) 2. Business HR Partnering for small functions (40%) 3. Support HRD in other strategic HR projects and initiatives (20%).
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. HR Data & Reporting (40%)**
- Develop, maintain, and update HR dashboards and regular reports (headcount, attrition, vacancy, workforce metrics.)
- Provide accurate and timely HR data analysis to support business reviews, people discussion and strategic planning.
- Coordinate with HR Practice centers (C&B, TA, TOC, HROPS) to consolidate and visualize people related data.
- Automate reporting processes where feasible to improve efficiency.
**2. Business HR Partnering for small functions (40%)**
- Act as BHR for small business functions, serving as the first contact point for HR related matters.
- Understand business priorities, provide HR consultation, and coordinate HR solutions with relevant COEs.
- Drive employee lifecycle activities for in charge functions (onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement, performance discussion).
- Facilitate communication and implementation of HR initiatives to the assigned functions.
- Support talent management, development plans and succession pipeline for the small functions.
**3. Support HRD in other strategic HR projects and initiatives (20%)**
- Work closely with HRD & BHR team to support strategic HR project and initiatives.
- Collaborative with HR COEs and other teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processes.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for talent reviews, calibration, and organizational updates.
**MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
Work Experience: At least 3-year experience in HR roles, preferably with exposure to HR data/reporting and business partnering.
Education: Bachelor's degree and above, major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance
