Overview
- Based on the annual/3-year business plan of the Company/Group, develop and organize the implementation of the annual/3-year business investment plan at the subsidiaries to ensure compliance with the policy of the Company/Group.
- Develop and implement investment management process and standards to evaluate and ensure investment efficiency
- Negotiate with the partners, propose the deal structure and manage the M&A activities.
Responsibility
1. Group management
1.1 Develop the annual/3-year business plan at the subsidiaries
- Orientation/ assignment/ assignment of targets to the subsidiaries to ensure that they develop an annual/3-year business plan to ensure compliance with the policy of the Company/Group
- Analyze and evaluate the implementation of business plans of the subsidiaries
1.2 Implement investment management process and standards to evaluate investment efficiency for the subsidiaries
- Analyze and evaluate the implementation of business plans of the subsidiaries.
- Propose plans to increase, decrease capital, capital structure
- Participate in and implement procedures to increase, decrease, divest capital for the subsidiaries.
- Participate in and implement Nam Long's commitments with partners (commitment on IRR, capital acquisition, real estate acquisition, .) at project companies.
- Establish a new business according to the Group's operational orientation (transportation company, project company, other service company - if necessary, etc.)
- Supervise, manage, and evaluate the executive board of the subsidiaries and capital representatives.
2. Deal with investor
2.1 Manage the relationship with equities investors in project level.
- Manage internal parties involved in project financial performance to make sure that the project will archieve the best investment performance.
- Manage and deal with strategic equities investors in project level to manage the financial performance and investment performance.
- To represent NLG investment in the project company and protect NLG benefit.
- To comply with NLG corporate governance and related internal rules and regulations related to capital representative of NLG in Project company.
- Monitor the necessary procedures to obtain internal/external approvals.
Required skills and behaviors
Background / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Banking / Economics. Master's degree in business or related field (preferred)
- Specialized certificates: ACCA / CPA / CFA, etc.
- At least 10 years of experience in portfolio management / investment/ finance or investment projects
- At least 5 years of experience in similar position in the company with the same scale. Experience with portfolio management in investment funds/bank/RE companies would be great.
- Proficiency in English
