***WORKING LOCATION: Dong Nai Province

Position Summary:

Provides technical support and leadership on production/processing methods and controls to meet quality standards in the most efficient manner for new and existing Injection molding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight for Injection Molding process start up, process monitoring during running and shutdown in a safe manner to achieve production targets for quality product (customer volume, yield, scrap and material cost).
• Take ownership for process escalations for injection Molding to ensure action is taken to troubleshoot & resolve issues in a timely manner using systematic approach to ‘root cause’ problem solving.
• Ensure tool set-up & changeover activities are optimized to meet production targets.
• Support process engineer in the development of new processes set up, Proof of concept & validation runs for existing and new production & prototype tools.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of required documentation in the manufacturing area from all operation team supporting injection Molding.
• Support continuous improvement projects using ‘Decoupled’ process & lean tools to optimise injection Molding performance and improve reliability.
• Ensure personnel are distributed as per planning from Team Leader / Shift Manager.
• Ownership for updating the visual area board, shift handover meeting and operational workbook- assuming responsibilities of Team Leader / Shift Manager when necessary.
• Work with quality personnel to rectify any issues promptly.
• Comply with the EHS policies and procedures, leading safety audits & 5S activities online.
• Where appropriate support the development of documentation, training and work instruction activities within injection Molding. Support cross training of personnel across Injection Molding programmes site wide. Ensure skills & knowledge gained through JABIL Process training are applied consistently.
• Support all company safety and quality programs and initiatives.
• Other responsibilities may be assigned from time to time as needed, based on the evolution of the company and the requirements of the department/position.

Qualification and Skills Required:

• Plastics engineering or equivalent preferable. Mechanical or other engineering with similar kind of experience can apply.

• 5 Years + experience of injection Molding, preferably home appliances/ Plastic Industry with high volume automation desirable.
• Experience of mould set up and working with a wide variety of plastics and mould types.
• Additional specialist industry standard ‘process technician training’ desirable.

• Excellent IT, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Capable of running injection Molding equipment & completion of accurate documentation.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good mechanical & process aptitude.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitor Contact Center team' s activities with sample check Day 2 and call monitoring

• Perform quarterly internal audit via MCA test to ensure robust control in Contact Center

Kinh Nghiệm Chuyên Môn/ Professional Experience

• Ưu tiên 3-4 năm kinh nghiệm trong sản xuất hương, nguyên liệu, thực phẩm hoặc hóa chất.

3 to 4 years of experience in flavour, ingredient, food or chemical manufacturing preferred.

• Ưu tiên có kỹ năng vận hành xe nâng. Forklift operation skills preferred.

Technical Skills

• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm scan mã vạch SAP. SAP bar coding/scanning experience preferred.
• Kỹ năng toán, đọc và lưu trữ hồ sơ cơ bản. Basic math, reading and recordkeeping skills.
• Ưu tiên có kỹ năng máy tính cơ bản, bao gồm các phần mềm văn phòng chính của MS Office. Prefer basic PC skills, including competency in MS Office products.
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm sử dụng máy scan RF và dán nhãn. Prefer experience in using RF scanner and labelling.
