- Manage and oversee activities in running campaign for Advertisers/Brands;
- Devise action plan to improve Advertiser experience and work cross-functionally with sales members to drive revenue;
- Prepare media plans and recommendations supporting for sales pitching;
- Integrate diversified marketing tools and channels into customized plan for specific clients to ensure the effective campaign;
- Conclude lessons learnt after each campaign and work closely with Product team to improve quality and experience in products and services;
Job requirement
- English: 6.5 IELTS or equivalent;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising / PR / Marketing / Communications;
- At least 2 years of working in digital agencies, with specific role of managing and overseeing campaign activities for Advertisers/Brands;
- Excellent communication and presentation skill;
- Good at reporting via excel dashboard and making slides;
- Willing to self-research new lessons in digital-related fields.

- Salary: negotiable
- Quarterly bonus: up to USD 200/ quarterly. Monthly bonus for the Most Valuable Person

A Digital Media Manager will manage the day-to-day digital media activities for clients, including five main areas: Digital Media Strategy, Digital Media Planning, Partner Coordination, Reporting, and Analysis. These activities run across the entire field of Digital Marketing and Advertising including Online Display, Social, Online Video, Search Engine Marketing, Sponsorship, Gaming, Mobile Marketing (SMS, WAP, Application, Game), Interactive Marketing (Events/ Activations, POSM), Integrated Marketing and new technologies.
- Work with key media partners for implementation plans and negotiations.
- Be the trusted advisor or to-go person within the team and with clients for all things related to Digital/ Media.
- Presentation of strategy and implementation ideas to clients, across different digital platforms.
- Responsible for overall campaign strategy, plans, implementation, and post-campaign reviews for your set of brands.
- Develop and follow best practices and procedures or processes for media planning and operations.
- Set viable objectives and KPIs and recommend or develop measurement methodology against all briefs.
- Ensure projects or campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and media efficiencies.
- Guide the team on planning, operations, and optimization of digital campaigns.
- To be a team player and work well with all members of the team to ensure all tasks are fulfilled. Guide and advise the wider team on best practices, innovation, and work processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the campaign's smooth implementation.

- As a Digital Planner, you'll be in charge of leading the internal team in developing a media plan that meets the needs of the client. - Clarify all aspects of the campaign's brief and join to research, brainstorm ideas, lay out the media proposal, and develop strategic planning that commits to the brief's requirements;
- Support in communicating directly with clients during the entire process of debriefing and preparing for the planning;
- Research and analyze new initiatives, trends, updates from media channels as well as client information to build and provide suitable solutions for solutions to clients;
- Coordinate with Optimization Team to detail out the proposal and Media plan (budget, KPIs);
- Assist in building the media proposals and present them to clients.
