Job Purpose
The job holder is responsible for building, managing, participating in the development of one of the following areas:

  • IS Practice: Evaluate deployment, develop security solutions/Design, test information security/Ensure compliance with security standards (of Vietnam and International)
  • IS Administration: Manage and directly participate in administrative activities on identity and access security/network security/endpoint services and data security
  • IS Engieering: Manage and directly control the implementation of information security policies and standards for applications, infrastructure of Techcombank and its partners and suppliers, ensure compliance with the Bank's information security requirements.
  • IS Red team: Manage and directly perform testing attack activities for technology systems to detect vulnerabilities/weaknesses and provide solution guidance.
  • IS Monitoring: Monitor detecting all attack events/incidents as quickly as possible (realtime) based on events aggregated from security systems as well as other technology components.Then alert relevant departments to investigate and react to that event/incident.

Key Accountabilities (1)

  • Information Security Assurance
  • Participate in projects, developing and deploying technology to ensure Information Security for systems to be built, including stages: analysis, building requirements Information security, design Information security, threat modeling, source code review, testing and building controls to ensure Information Security.
  • Research and develop necessary information security solutions to prevent attacks and incidents Information security, ensure security and safety for the entire information system of the bank.
  • Coordinate with the Information Security supervisory department in handling information security incidents.
  • Set up and monitor the implementation of TCB's information security process, regulations, standards, guidelines and policies in accordance with the regulations of the government and international organizations

Qualification

SUMMARY

  • Maintain the Security & Safety in the Apartment premises to the guest and the associates.
  • Responsible for all the safety work in the property, and is to formulate the security management policies in the property.
  • To conduct training referring to the safety policies for all the associate and organize fire drill according to schedule, to provide direction and guidance on the performance of the associate in Security department in order for them to complete their jobs perfectly.
  • Chief Security is also to assist the local Public Security Bureau to carry out the safety prevention tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. To be responsible for the fire prevention of the property, and to organize and guide the property fire brigade to prevent any occurrence of fire.

  1. To be responsible for carrying out investigation on all the public-security cases and criminal cases happened in the property. And to try the best to retrieve the loss and to ensure the safety of the property guests and associates.

  2. To assist all departments in the property to add all the requirements referring to safety into the departmental policy and procedures.

  3. Provide escort services for associates carrying cash, when required.

  4. To formulate and carry out safety measurements and to supervise the implementation of all departments in the property.

  5. To make reports to the General Manager on all the cases happened in the property and the prevention measurements taken for them, which should be recorded and filed.

  6. To conduct training lessons on safe operation for all the associates in the property, and to brief them what kinds of prevention measurements to be taken in case of any emergency, violence cases, fire or other kinds of damaging accidents.

  7. To keep a good relationship with national and local public-security bureau and fire bureau for their cooperation and support when necessary.

  8. Conduct regular operational meetings to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the Department as a whole, explaining new directions and policies and procedures at the same time.

  9. Prepare the annual capital and operating budgets for the Department, and ensure departmental expenditure is kept within budget by the P&L on the monthly basis.

  10. To ensure property rules and regulations are adhered to and will maintain discipline within the property following disciplinary guidelines as described in the Associate Handbook.

  11. Brief the Security Supervisor, Senior Security Officer and Security Guard on duty, if there is any V.I.P. movement in the apartment premises.

  12. Surprise check of the lockers to be carried in co-coordination with HR and inform the General Manger.

  13. Prepare weekly staffing schedules, monitoring staff attendance and assist in planning work.

  14. Maintain a Hotel logbook on incidents, complaint etc. and refer them, if required to the appropriate department for follow up action.

  15. Handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all guest of the Hotel.

  16. Monitor internal control systems to ensure that appropriate information access levels and security clearances are maintained.

  17. Will comply with any other directive/ assignments from Senior Management which may from time to time be requested.

  • Assist our clients in understanding cyber threat landscape, assess the maturity of their cyber security strategy within the context of business objectives and risks
  • Technology architecture and implementation.
  • Implement or improving cyber security management strategy and processes at the clients' organization
  • Support our leading cyber security projects within a Transformation program
  • Develop cyber security Frameworks, based on industry best practices as well as international and applicable national standards

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Information Technology, in a technical field (e.g. Computer Science) with touch points to Cybersecurity topics or equivalent education.
  • Related professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, OSCP, GIAC etc
  • 7-10 years proven experience in delivering cyber security engagements: e.g. cyber security programs and strategies, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, cyber security governance, security architecture, data privacy, data leakage prevention, and identity and access management
  • 3+ years experience in a Big4 or equivalent Consulting environment
  • Proven track record in professional services sales
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership, team mentoring, client and project management
  • Experience with cyber security frameworks (ISO, NIST, etc.)
  • An understanding of security with a good overview of all aspects within security with regards to prevention, detection and response
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German

Position Overview

Acting as the first point of contact, this role plays a key part in guiding students through enquiries, applications, and enrolments, while maintaining strong relationships and accurate records.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Respond promptly to student and prospect enquiries, primarily via live chat and email, by sourcing information, following up, and providing clear, timely responses.

Build rapport and establish trust with prospective students and customers.

Serve as the primary contact point for leads and prospective students on queries including course details, fees, and the application process.

Assist with student enrolment, providing support and follow-up until conversion.

Maintain accurate records of leads and new submissions in the system.

Direct current student enquiries to the appropriate team or department for resolution.
