Job Description
- Co-ordinate with sample room to give out the SOP for new production techniques Develop new pattern follow client’s requirements, quality, production efficiency and material utilization Manage the timeline/ schedule from commercialization start to production start to enable protect the order shipment date (ETD)
- To co-ordinate factory sample making and factory-based development work on new design ideas, ensuring that new styles are approved on time
- To manage the creation of product handover packages, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided, to assist Commercialization as required to flex the roles i.e. Commercialization work will be required at peak periods.
- To supervise the creation of sample shoes, ensuring that key aesthetic details and styling requirements are executed effectively in the finished product
- To initiate ideas for design, specification, and construction changes to reduce product cost without compromising the design concept

- Good knowledge and understanding about the footwear
- Good communicate in English and the technical language
- Fully understand the development process and standards and give feedback to related teams 5 years experiences in the field
- Critical thinking and good communication skills
- Ability in using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and systems

Position Overview
Position summary: This role will assist and support in the development of the Shaw Floors, Coretec, Anderson Tuftex, Shaw Contract, Patcraft and our Home Center segment for our outsourced products in Asia Pacific, reporting to the Product Development Director - Asia. The selected candidate will work from our Shaw Hanoi office.
Responsibilities:
· Support and assist in the execution of the product development process for Asia Pacific produced hard surface products.
· Assist Product Development team by providing all setup specifications for new product introductions for input into the blueprint, verification of accuracy, including product specs and product packaging.
· Travel periodically to outsourced vendors to confirm product packaging including box labels, pallet labels and box mockups.
· Assist Product Development team to ensure product schedules and cost objectives are kept.
· Work with other groups: global sourcing, technical and quality control to complete tasks and support business growth needs;
· Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
· Work flexible hours. Be available nights or weekends as necessary.
Requirements:
· Must be detail-oriented and have good Microsoft Excel skills.
· Must be self-motivated and maintain a positive attitude.
· Bachelor's degree university students/graduates.
· Ability to follow written and oral instructions in English and Mandarin.
· Will need to pass the color test.
· Able to travel periodically in the northern part of Vietnam.

The Business Development Manager is the interface between Tech Data partners and Unity including the End Customer of partners. Focusing on Unity industrial vertical, the Business Development Manager has overall responsibility of growing the Unity business by achieving the sales and profit targets and creating the highest return for both Tech Data & Unity.
The Business Development Manager is responsible for business expansion in support of the Unity growth and sales strategy. Develops and maintains business relationship by providing solutions in product line to achieve a defined strategy and business financial objectives. Responsible for the complete sales cycle with an aim to maximizing revenue, Net Gross Profits and Customer satisfaction by developing deep relationships with key people in Unity team, partners and End Customers. Will be responsible for handling partners, coordinating with Unity team, focusing on delivery of top-class value-added services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Planning**
- Create business plans for Unity product group and associated services.
- Create territory plans to focus on achieving the maximum levels of revenue and margin, achieving industry leading partner satisfaction and meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
- Development and implementation of sales enablement programs for Tech Data and partners.
- Develop Market Communication along with the Marketing team specific to Unity business.
- Identify potential Customers for Unity Solutions in assigned Territories & key contact points.
**Execution**
- Implementation of business plans that achieve agreed Unity revenue targets and generate the planned profit outcomes.
- Meet & Sell Unity solutions to identified customers.
- Achievement of revenue plans by market segment.
- Co-ordinate prices from suppliers, including discount structures, rebates, special price clearances, etc.
- Work with partners to develop sales competencies and help close deals through "hands on" involvement and coaching. This will from time to time include working directly with end user customers along with a Partner.
- Develop and deliver presentations for end customers and provide Sales Support to ensure closures in a professional and effective manner.
- Drive and review opportunity pipeline with each partner.
- Track initiative specific sales programs designed to build sales pipelines for both Tech Data and the Partner.
- Assess the skills of the business partner across their sales and technical staff and where deficiencies exist, arrange the necessary training to be delivered by Tech Data to partners.
- Ensure branding message is consistent in all marketing material related to the Product Group.
- Coordinate with Supplier for Partner Technical & Sales Training on new product/s and/or technologies.
- Ensure that executive business relations with Unity and partners are of the highest order, are proactive and that the engagement is continually monitored so that new initiatives can be introduced as required.
- Ensuring highest and continuously improving levels of vendor and partner satisfaction.
**Administration**
- Maintenance of an accurate pipeline by partner within the group.
- Achieves and maintains sales certifications when required.
- Works with Sales Support and Sales Operations to provide support where necessary to ensure timely logging in of orders and billing.
- Adhere to Tech Data policies and compliance requirement.
- Measurement and maintenance of critical performance data in order to ensure that Tech Data meets it's supplier commitments and fully leverages all commercial opportunities for rebates and other vendor investment initiatives.
- Provision of various reports for the purpose of commercial decision making.
**Knowledge and Skills**:
- Knowledge of Industry and Industry solutions within the designated product lines.
- Experienced to deliver strategic solutions, identify new partners or end customers for a portfolio including large & complex accounts.
- Exhibits the ability to interface with outside customer sales.
- Demonstrates initiative and passion to excel demonstrating high integrity levels
- Excellent written and oral business communication skills

**Experience**:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling software products.
- Field-based direct sales/business development experience required with software licensing or middleware

- Proven ability to structure, develop and implement strategic agreements
**Education**:
- University Degree or equivalent from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
- Relevant vendor/product sales certifications are an added value.
