1. Teaching
- Teach classes according to the Kids&Us Method, as defined in the didactic teaching guides
- Be responsible for the learning success of your cohort of students, and ensure they reach their language learning goals by following the Kids&Us Method
- Carry out exhaustive monitoring of your students (attendance, monitoring their learning, reports, progress tests, marks, detecting incidents or problems with the students, etc.)
- Inform the School Manager and the Academic Manager about any situation requiring managerial attention or potentially impacting the customers’ experience of the students or the parents
- Provide regular follow-up to your students and parents on My Classroom tool
- Attend on-demand parent-teacher meetings
2. Center Academic Coordination
- Conduct the Kids&Us Tests
- Be responsible for the planning of the school calendar
- Ensure that Teachers know their students well, they maintain a close relationship, they guide them on good study habits, and they keep them highly engaged so all students achieve their English goals
- Collaborate with Teachers to follow up on students’ class feedback and ensure that students’ weaknesses are being improved on
- Provide on-the-job training to teachers
- Assess the progress of the students and report to the School Manager and the Academic Manager
- Support the audit processes driven by Kids&Us and ensure compliance with the teaching standards and methodology as per Kids&Us guidelines, in collaboration with the School Manager and Academic Manager
- Support the monitoring of the teachers’ performance and comply with the organization’s performance management policies
3. Event Coordination
- Coordinate with the School Manager in the Event Calendar planning
- Participate in the organization of all school events in the center as required
- Coordinate with the School Manager to ensure that events are executed successfully to the satisfaction of the students, parents and prospects
4. Students and Parents Engagement
- Develop and maintain a close relationship and high level of trust with your students and parents
- Ensure your students are happy with their classes and learning environment, and ensure parents are satisfied with their kids’ learning progress by soliciting and acting on feedback
- Create a fun, total English learning environment
5. Internal Revenue
- Build and maintain a close relationship of trust with the Educational Consultant to collaborate on Internal Revenue opportunities from your students and parents
- Provide regular feedback on your students’ progress, motivation and satisfaction to the Educational Consultant
- Proactively seek out referral opportunities from your students and parents and ensure effective coordination and follow-up with the Educational Consultant
- Ensure students achieve their learning goals by priming their parents for contract renewals and helping to set appointments with the Educational Consultant

- 2 years experience as a Kindergarten teacher or other appropriate teaching and coordinating experience
- Experience working with children
- Fluent in English communication
