  • Prepare detailed monitoring visit reports and follow up on action items.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of site regulatory files and essential documents.
  • Contribute to the development of study-related documents, such as protocols and case report forms.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a strong focus on monitoring.
  • Thorough understanding of clinical trial phases, processes, and regulatory requirements (ICH-GCP).
  • Experience with various therapeutic areas is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using EDC systems and clinical trial management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
  • Willingness to travel to clinical trial sites as required.
