**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
**1. Territory Management**
+ Develop customer database with detailed records of hospital/ health center/ target organization/ health care professionals, etc.
+ Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers. Prioritize potential territories.
+ Establish & maintain close relationship with key accounts through ensuring company services meet their requirements.
+ Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.

**2. Planning and organizing:**

+ Ensure good execution of all Sales & Marketing programs in assigned territory. Strictly track and provide feedback on the programs to upper levels.
+ Implement effective daily sales calls and maintain records. Address product complaints in a timely manner.
+ Harmonize diversified activities (product presentation, consultation.) in various relating fields: hospital, health center, kindergarten, food shop, supermarket, and other consumer organization i.e. patient society, elderly society, mother society.
**4. Others**
+ Well update of product knowledge, as well as health care scientific backgrounds.
+ Manage Company, department reports in a timely and correct manner.

As a member of the property Human Resources support staff, he/she works with Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment, total compensation, and training and development. - Attends unemployment hearings and ensures property is properly represented.
- Ensures that department has the available resources on hand to administer employee.
**Managing Employee Development**
- Supports a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
- Ensures employees are cross-trained to support successful daily operations.
- Uses all available on the job training tools for employees; supervise on-going training initiatives and conducts training, when appropriate.
- Ensures coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation program to generate a positive first impression for employees and emphasize the importance of guest service in company culture.
- Ensures attendance by all new hires and participation of the leadership team in training programs
- Collaborates with management team to ensure departmental orientation processes are in place and employees receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
**Maintaining Employee Relations**
- Assists in maintaining effective employee communication channels in the property (e.g., develops daily communications and assists with regularly scheduled property-wide meetings).
- Reviews progressive discipline documentation for accuracy and consistency, and checks for supportive documentation and is accountable for determining appropriate action.
- Utilizes an "open door" policy to acknowledge employee problems or concerns in a timely manner

- Partners with Loss Prevention to conduct employee accident investigations, as necessary.

**Managing Legal and Compliance Practices**
- Ensures employee files contain required employment paperwork, proper performance management and compensation documentation, are properly maintained and secured for the required length of time.
- Ensures compliance with procedure for accessing, reviewing, and auditing employee files and ensure compliance with the Privacy Act.
- Ensures medical records are maintained in a separate, secure and confidential medical file.
- Facilitates random, reasonable belief and post accident drug testing process (in properties where applicable).
- Communicates property rules and regulations via the employee handbook.
- Ensures all safety and security policies (e.g., property removal, lost and found items, blood borne pathogens, accident reporting, and hygiene) are communicated to employees on a regular basis through orientation, property meetings, bulletin boards, etc.
- Conducts periodic claims reviews with Regional Claims office to ensure claims are closed in a timely manner and reserve levels are appropriate for open claims.
- Represents Human Resources at the property Safety Committee; helps to identify ways to create awareness of the importance of safety in the workplace and decrease accident frequency and severity.
- Manages Workers Compensation claims to ensure appropriate employee care and manage costs.
- Oversees the selection/non-selection and offers processes to ensure proper procedures are followed (e.g., valid reasons for selection/non-selection and applicants receive status notifications).

**HOTEL DESCRIPTION**
The resort, originally opened as Azerai Can Tho in June 2018, was deflagged in October 2024 and has since been managed independently under the name Legacy Mekong. It occupies approximately 8 hectares and features 65 rooms, five pool villas, two restaurants, one lobby lounge, two outdoor swimming pools, a tennis court, a gym, and a spa. The resort will be rebranded as an Autograph Collection resort in Q2 2025, with improvements to the existing facilities. Additionally, 21 new villas and function facilities will open by the end of 2025.
Located on the private Con Au Islet on the Hau River, a tributary of the Mekong River, east of Can Tho's city center, the resort is accessible exclusively by a 5-minute speedboat ride from the mainland arrival pavilion, which is 3 km northeast of SH Can Tho. The resort is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and water scenery, with the arrival pavilion just a 5-minute drive from the city center and a 25-minute drive from Can Tho Airport.
**JOB SUMMARY**
Functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to both Marriott International and property ownership. Verifies implementation of service strategy and initiatives with the objective of meeting or exceeding guest expectations, increased profit and market share. Holds property leadership team accountable for strategy execution, and guides their individual professional development. The position verifies that sales engines are leveraged and initiates independent and proactive sales activities, when appropriate, to generate demand. Verifies that the objectives and goals of Marriott and property owners work together to achieve brand positioning and success. Builds owner loyalty through proactive communication, setting and managing expectations and delivering solid business results. The position is actively involved in the local community and builds strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
The ideal candidate for this role would have previous work experience in Vietnam or Asia Pacific as a General Manager, preferably with pre-opening/ conversion experiences.

**JOB SUMMARY**
The Marketing and Communications Manager is part of an important team that creates and executes property-level communications to our customers. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing and Communication, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital, and social media channels all with the goal of enhancing the image of the hotel. This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to the end of driving consumer awareness and preference, increasing market share, and building broader portfolio and brand awareness. This role focuses on showcasing Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and to local patrons. As part of the Marketing and Communication team, this role is fully connected into resources in their region; Marketing and Communication Managers liaise and build deep partnerships with their regional eCommerce and Marketing teams to verify all local, social, and digital marketing efforts are effectively integrated with the selling efforts for the organization. This role also gets to do a little bit of everything, from balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to public relations (PR) activities for the hotel. Success is measured by how well they help drive the sales and revenue strategy of the property, social media engagement and also by how effectively leveraged the resources around them are to create truly compelling marketing and communications campaigns.

**Hotel Marketing and Advertising**
- Executes annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with the GM, Food and Beverage leader, Operations leaders, Director of Marketing Communications, and cluster marketing and ecommerce teams.
- Partners with Operations, Food & Beverage and Sales teams to execute promotions and campaigns to target in-house guests with promotions that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.
- Acts as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans, particularly for food and beverage promotions.
- Manages F&B media schedules and verifies prompt settlement of accounts.
- Partners with property Revenue Management to verify correct offer loading, verifying advertisement targeting is correctly directed at relevant consumer groups
- Executes email marketing, and display advertising.
- Maintains frequent, active engagement with Cluster eCommerce manager to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives.
- Verifies all advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice.
**Social Media Content Management**
- Facilitates social media engagement and updating content in local digital channels (e.g., hotel website, travel sites).
- Develops and executes promotions campaign in F&B, weddings, spa, rooms and conferences through relevant digital and social media channels.
- Engages in proactive online reputation management by surfacing relevant guest comments (positive or negative) in social media channels and responds accordingly.
**Public Relations and Visual Asset Management**
- Develops a comprehensive PR plan per quarter along with agency and and executes post sign-off from GM.
- Maintains a comprehensive list of local media contracts, with particular emphasis on food critics and bloggers.
- Manages assigned accounts as per the media account management system.
- Writes and distributes all press releases for property events, promotions, and outlets.
- Manages the execution of hotel sponsored events, community/government relations activities, and press promotional activities.
- Supports pull through of impactful PR strategy & activities to drive quality press coverage through media engagement, in alignment with communications objectives.
- Verifies the news clippings and other online, print, and social media mention report is completed on a monthly basis for property distribution.

**Direct Marketing and Collateral Development**
- Coordinates and executes Hotel and F&B printed materials.
- Controls quantity and inventory of all Hotel marketing collateral and verifies copies are filed in a comprehensive manner.
- Assists in the production of all property, F&B display, and temporary signage in hotel public areas.
- Promotes collection of competitors collateral and publicity on a monthly basis.

**Bến Tre:** Quản lý ½ tỉnh - (Mỏ Cày, Thạnh Phú, Chợ Lách)
Mô hình tập trung vàoSell-Out tập trung vào **trưng bày, khuyến mãi, PG, trải nghiệm người tiêu dùng** tại điểm bán (Key shop) - quản lý 20-35 Key Shop
**1. Triển khai hoạt động tiếp thị tại điểm bán - Hỗ trợ Sell-out**
+ Theo dõi và triển khai các chương trình tiếp thị dành cho cửa hàng và người tiêu dùng.
+ Quản lý quà tặng: phân bổ, theo dõi và thống kê tồn kho.
+ Cập nhật và báo cáo các hoạt động của đối thủ cạnh tranh tại thị trường.
**2. Quản lý đội ngũ PG (Promotion Girls) - 20-35 người tại các Key Shops**
+ Sắp xếp lịch làm việc, phân công khu vực và giám sát hiệu quả làm việc của PGs.
+ Đề xuất tuyển dụng, đào tạo và huấn luyện PGs mới.
+ Kiểm tra định kỳ hoạt động của PGs tại điểm bán, đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình và hình ảnh thương hiệu.
**3. Hỗ trợ kinh doanh và báo cáo**
+ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với đội ngũ Sales để triển khai các hoạt động thúc đẩy bán hàng.
+ Thăm viếng khách hàng, xây dựng và duy trì mối quan hệ tốt với các cửa hàng trọng điểm.
+ Thực hiện các báo cáo kinh doanh, báo cáo chương trình và các báo cáo liên quan khác theo yêu cầu.
**YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC**
- Tốt nghiệp Cao Đẳng trở lên
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý PG/sales (nhóm từ 10 nhân viên) và chịu trách nhiệm doanh số
- Nhiệt huyết, chăm chỉ
- Sẵn sàng đi thị trường thường xuyên
- Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp
- Cẩn thận và chính xác
- Chịu được áp lực công việc
- Kỹ năng Excel, phân tích dữ liệu, số liệu
