Main responsibilities:

1. Account Management


• Act as the primary liaison between the company and enterprise commercial partners, ensuring a seamless communication flow and fostering long-term relationships.


• Regularly engage with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and business goals, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.

2. Partner Performance Optimisation

3. Business Development


• Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the company's offerings within existing enterprise accounts, such as launching new product lines or services.


• Collaborate with the Business Development team to acquire new enterprise partners and expand the company's market presence.


• Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with the company's strategic goals.

4. Operational Coordination


• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Operations, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.


• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues such as delivery delays, order inaccuracies, or system errors, ensuring minimal disruption to partners.


• Provide partners with training and support on the company's tools, systems, and processes to maximise efficiency.

5. Reporting & Analysis


• Prepare detailed reports on account performance, market trends, and partner feedback to support decision-making and strategy development.


• Use data analytics to identify patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend proactive measures to improve partners and the company's overall performance.


• Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor account progress and communicate updates to stakeholders regularly.

6. Stakeholder Management


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including enterprise partners, internal teams, and external vendors.


• Serve as an advocate for enterprise partners, ensuring their concerns and feedback are addressed promptly and effectively.


• Represent our brand in meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the value of partnership and strengthen collaboration.

Essential Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• From 2 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the food delivery, e-commerce, or F&B industry.


• Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving business growth.



Fluency in English and Vietnamese is mandatory (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with partners and internal teams.


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

Our Commercial team is a function on Operations to deliver & growth Marketplace's economics. We focus on delivering affordable and timely services for our passengers/eaters, enhancing income for our Merchants Partners, at the same time stimulating demand to drive marketplace growth sustainably. Our team consists of young but experienced individuals who are tenacious and energized with intellectual challenges. We demonstrate a combination of analytical and strategic thinking, that deliver comprehensive outputs of data analysis, business insight and financial planning.

We are looking for an
Account Operations Coordinator
to take charge of daily operation task, as well as monitor and enhance campaign registration flow. We believe a successful candidate possesses strong data management and problem-solving skills, and has familiarity with economics. However, if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way.

Workplace:
Mapletree Business Center, Nguyen Van Linh Street, District 7, HCMC

Work schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM — 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, monitor & optimize daily campaign performance.
  • Monitor & manage day-to-day registration.
  • Developing day-to-day tactical initiatives to manage registration from multichannel.
  • Coordinate cross teams to execute campaigns from end-to-end, update system knowledge and troubleshoot system issues.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates, internship experience is welcomed.
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulousness.
  • Good logical and analytical thinking.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines, and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and an excellent team player with strong work ethic.
  • Strong sense of curiosity in seeking impactful opportunities and learning about our economics.
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficient in Excel, experience with SQL for data analysis is a big plus.
