What will you do?
Deliver and supervise fitness training, sports coaching, and wellness programs; provide assessments and personalized plans for guests.

Design, organize, and oversee a diverse calendar of recreational activities (fitness classes, poolside games, live music, cultural workshops, themed events, kids' activities).

Ensure entertainment and activities align with guest profiles, expectations, and brand standards.

Lead, train, and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service, innovative ideas, and memorable experiences.

Maintain all recreational facilities and equipment, coordinating with Engineering for preventative maintenance.

Manage membership sales, renewals, bookings, and guest inquiries while ensuring smooth operations and cost control.

Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly, implementing corrective actions and training where needed.

Actively promote retail, wellness, and activity-related services to increase revenue opportunities.

Maintain visibility and build strong relationships with guests and local patrons, creating loyalty and repeat visits

What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, Recreation Management, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recreation, fitness, or activities management within a resort, cruise, or hospitality environment.

Proven ability to design and deliver diverse recreation and entertainment programs (sports, wellness, cultural, music, and kids' activities).

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire multicultural teams.

Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.

• Lập kế hoạch triển khai chi tiết các giai đoạn thi công.

• Quản lý đội kỹ thuật và HSSE thi công tại công trường.

• Kiểm soát tiến độ, chất lượng, an toàn lao động và vệ sinh công trường.

• Giải quyết vấn đề hiện trường, xử lý linh hoạt.

• Tổ chức kiểm tra, chạy thử hệ thống, đo hiệu suất.

• Làm việc với các cơ quan chức năng liên quan, nhà máy để hoàn thiện các thủ tục đấu nối, ký biên bản nghiệm thu đóng điện.

• Bàn giao hệ thống cho khách hàng kèm tài liệu kỹ thuật, hướng dẫn vận hành.

• Theo dõi và cập nhật tiến độ dự án hàng tuần cho Ban Giám đốc.

• Xử lý công việc phát sinh, đề xuất giải pháp.

• Đề xuất giải pháp xử lý rủi ro kỹ thuật hoặc pháp lý (nếu có). Quản lý các dự án của công ty thưc hiện.

• Lựa chọn các tiêu chí kỹ thuật phù hợp, kiểm soát chất lượng thiết kế, tiến độ dự án.

• Chịu trách nhiệm tiến độ, chi phí, chất lượng của các dự án với BGĐ.

• Thực hiện công việc khác theo yêu cầu.

1. Key Responsibilities

Program Management (Preparation – Operation – Closing):

• Oversee AsiaMotions' assigned programs from pre-event to post-event stages.
• Liaise with schools and suppliers, update bookings, prepare documents, manage cash advances, and coordinate freelancer teams.
• Ensure availability and readiness of equipment.

On-Site Operations:

• Manage logistics (transportation, accommodation, F&B, equipment).
• Support Program Leader, supervise freelancers, ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to safety standards.
• Monitor expenses and equipment usage.

Post-Program Tasks:

• Finalize payments, submit expense claims, collect feedback, and assess freelancers.
• Organize and store returned equipment.

Operations Development:

• Contribute to new product ideas and improve existing documentation.
• Support internal inspections and trial runs for new programs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Responsible, adaptable, and customer-focused.
• Able to handle pressure, multitask, and travel frequently.
• Experience in event management is a plus.

3. Benefits

• Salary range: 13,500,000 VND - 18,500,000 VND gross.
• Full-time contract with pro-rata 13th-month salary.
