Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Sports Science, Recreation Management, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recreation, fitness, or activities management within a resort, cruise, or hospitality environment.
Proven ability to design and deliver diverse recreation and entertainment programs (sports, wellness, cultural, music, and kids' activities).
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire multicultural teams.
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with focus on safety, service quality, and cost control.
