The Business Process Analyst (BPA) will be part of the Digital Solutions (DS) team. His or her job will be to analyze business requirements, streamline processes and design solutions for DEEP C’s internal customers. The BPA will work in tandem with an in-house Solutions Developer.
You will report directly to Solution Architect.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- 1. Business Analysis and Application Design
Work closely with internal customers and other stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of business processes and requirements
Identify opportunities for change in current business processes
Align with the Solution Developer on the digital solutions (solution platform, data models, prototyping language, mock-up, etc.)
Present digital solutions to internal customers
Provide training to and organize workshops for internal customers, including drafting required documentation (manuals, presentations, etc.)
- 2. Self-study to stay updated with Microsoft’s Power platform and other digital tools.
- 3. Other tasks as assigned by the Digital Architect or the Head of Department.
**Requirement/Abilities**:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, or any other related fields;
Process thinking, including analytical and problem-solving skills;
Time management: ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong teamworking skills.**Other **Requirement**:
