- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion focused on Agile environments.
- Proven experience managing software development projects or similar technology-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
