The Application Manager will lead the application support for BD Diagnostics products in Vietnam. **Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biotechnology, Medical Technology , Laboratory Medicine Technique or related field.
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in application support, technical service, or clinical laboratory operations in clinical diagnostics industry or hospitals
+ Strong knowledge of clinical diagnostics, clinical microbiology or molecular biology is preferred.
+ Experience working with healthcare institutions and clinical laboratories in Vietnam is a plus.
**Skills & Competencies:**
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
+ Customer-focused mindset with a passion for healthcare innovation.
