. Responsibility/ Trách nhiệm:

• Lắp khuôn , chỉnh khuôn , dán khuôn

• Chỉnh máy móc vận hành

• Sáng tạo và đưa ra những cải tiến tốt cho máy móc vận hành

• Xử lí máy móc để không ảnh hưởng tiến độ đơn hàng , xuất hàng

• Thực hiện cải tiến nâng cao hiệu quả thiết bị máy móc

• Đảm bảo an toàn máy móc khi vận hành

• Khi vào xưởng thực hiện đúng PPE ( Đeo kính bảo hộ , nút chống ồn, giầy bảo hộ, đồng phục công ty. )

• Báo cáo sự cố về máy móc khi gặp sự cố

• Tuân thủ về các thao tác an toàn khi vận hành máy ( 7 nguyên tắc an toàn )

( Sản lượng & chất lượng của mỗi đơn vị tiêu chuẩn khác nhau đối với nhân viên mới )

• Tuần thứ nhất : thử việc

• Tuần thứ 2 : sản lượng đạt 70% ~ 80%

Overview
Giao nhận nguyên vật liệu & thành phẩm đúng theo quy trình I2C, giám sát vận hành trong ca sản xuất tại khu vực chế biến, thực hiện các báo cáo để đảm bảo kế hoạch sản xuất được thực hiện đúng và hiệu quả.

Responsibilities
Giao nhận nguyên vật liệu & thành phẩm đúng theo quy trình I2C

• a) Tính toán, đề xuất nguyên vật liệu sử dụng hằng ngày theo kế hoạch sản xuất dựa trên định mức nguyên vật liệu của từng loại sản phẩm. Thực hiện giao, nhận nguyên vật liệu, thành phẩm với kho đúng số lượng, đúng quy trình.
• b) Thực hiện đối chiếu số lượng nguyên vật liệu, thành phẩm giao nhận với kho hằng ngày, khi kiểm kê hoặc được yêu cầu, tìm nguyên nhân của sự chênh lệch nếu có.

Giám sát vận hành trong ca sản xuất

• a) Kiểm tra tình trạng thiết bị/ nhà xưởng trong mỗi ca làm việc theo danh mục thiết bị cần kiểm để đảm bảo an toàn, chất lượng và tình trạng theo tiêu chuẩn.
• b) Thực hiện giao ca bao gồm: tình trạng thiết bị nhà xưởng, các vấn đề sản xuất, số lượng nguyên liệu, thành phẩm……cho tổ trưởng ca sau.
• c) Ghi nhận các số liệu liên quan đến việc sản xuất của khu vực chế biến khi kết thúc ca làm việc như: số lượng thành phẩm giữ lại, thời gian dừng máy…
• d) Hướng dẫn và kiểm tra công việc vận hành thiết bị của nhân viên trong ca sản xuất.
• e) Giám sát nhắc nhở và ghi nhận việc thực hiện các tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động, tình trạng vệ sinh & việc chấp hành nội qui của nhân viên chính thức và nhân viên nhà thầu trong khu vực chế biến.

Báo cáo

• a) Báo cáo các sự cố phát sinh trong ca sản xuất cho giám sát sản xuất. Tham vấn nhân viên khu vực chế biến điều tra, xác nhận nguyên nhân, thông báo với các Bộ phận chuyên môn liên quan để kết luận và xử lý.
• b) Báo cáo kết quả thực hiện kế hoạch mỗi ca cho giám sát sản xuất.
• c) Kiểm tra & xác nhận báo cáo vận hành trong ca làm việc, đảm bảo số liệu chính xác.
• d) Báo cáo các KPIs (hiệu suất nguyên vật liệu, thời gian downtime…) trong ca.

Cải tiến

• a) Đề xuất các giải pháp giải quyết các vấn đề về kỹ thuật sản xuất, máy móc, tăng cường tính kỷ luật và các vấn đề phát sinh để đảm bảo các hoạt động sản xuất đạt hiệu quả.
• b) Phân công, dẫn dắt nhân viên nhóm dự án đạt được các chỉ tiêu kiểm soát (KPIs) trong khu vực sản xuất.
• c) Đề xuất khen thưởng, kỷ luật nhân viên.
• d) Phối hợp với Giám sát quản lý để xây dựng và cải tiến quy trình SOP, WI, OPL đúng với tiêu chuẩn về an toàn, chất lượng và hiệu quả

Các công việc khác

• e) Quản lý các thiết bị văn phòng phẩm và các bộ phận tiêu hao bộ phận sản xuất (ribbon, slicer, hóa chất …)
• f) Thực hiện nhân PPE cho bộ phận theo lịch định kỳ và tiến hành phân chia cho các thành viên trong bộ phận
• g) Tham gia các dự án nâng cấp hệ thống SAP, myBuy, SCPP, …
• h) Chủ động đề xuất các cải tiến giúp trong quá trình làm việc
• i) Đề xuất các cải tiến hay tham gia các nhóm dự án (nếu có) nhằm nâng cao năng suất lao động, giảm chi phí sản xuất, nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất
• j) Tham gia chương trình TPM Edge và đảm nhiệm vai trò AM member giúp duy trình tình trạng máy móc luôn trong điều kiện chuẩn.
• k) Tham giá nhóm dự án nâng cấp hoặc chạy sản phẩm mới nếu có

Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp đại học/cao đẳng kỹ thuật trở lên.
• Ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm vị trí tương đương hoặc 2 năm kinh nghiệm làm vận hành hoặc tổ trưởng dây chuyền.
• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề.
• Sử dụng cơ bản các kỹ năng máy tính (Word, Excel, PwP,…).
• Tiếng Anh cơ bản (đọc, viết)
• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng SAP là lợi thế.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp.
• Kỹ năng giám sát.
• Ưu tiên hiểu biết về hệ thống quản lý chất lượng và VSATTP (GMP, 5S, HACCP, AIB…)

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production line team.
• Ensure that production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and timeliness.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Train and mentor production staff, providing feedback and performance evaluations.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Identify and resolve production issues and bottlenecks promptly.
• Collaborate with quality assurance to ensure products meet required standards.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods on the line.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of production equipment.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety procedures.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma is advantageous.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
