- Execution (70%): initiating and implementing event & PR projects / campaigns.
- Planning (30%): planning proposal for Marketing campaigns to support the departmental goals including corporate campaigns, product launch campaigns, customer experience campaigns, sales support campaigns (Agency MKT).
- Be in-charge content marketing including direction / angle development, writing execution and management.
- **Project management**: coordinate with cross-functions and third parties to ensure work results are delivered in good quality; in a timely manner and within budget;
- **Others**:

- Maintain up to date knowledge of Life insurance industry and on competitor's activities to help with sales ideas, overcoming objections and product positioning.
- Understand consumer behavior and engagement patterns with brand messaging. Propose initiatives to help enhance sales and customers including testimonial articles, customer’s story, claim activities,
