- Oversee and take ownership of all business aspects of the merchants, ranging from performance metrics, KPIs, budget, and product features to relationship management.
- Evaluate performance and develop overall growth strategies to meet KPIs (User, Payment volume, Profit), including marketing ideas, promotion schemes, product solutions.
- Keep track of market conditions, competitor benchmarking to explore emerging trends, opportunities and propose innovative tactics to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Actively engage with partners to understand their business movements/ strategies and initiate joint-business plans between ZaloPay & Merchant, including but not limited to co-op branding campaigns, new payment solutions, cross-sales opportunities, etc
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Finance, Operation, BI) and external merchants to deliver excellent execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Staying on top of the workstreams to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
- Proactively identify appearing issues in the merchant’s day-to-day operation and propose immediate action plans to resolve.

- Bachelor’s degree with business-related majors (Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics).
- Hands-on experience in Growth Marketing, Campaign Planning, or a similar position in Tech startup with preferred sectors of FinTech, E-commerce, Ride-hailing, etc. or management consulting.
