Follow up on invoices, goods receiving and payment.
Monitoring on stock balance, near expiry stocks clearance, high stock holding.
Generation of monthly reports and progress reports on sales, promotion, distribution for monitoring & tracking:
- Daily sales tracking report
- Weekly stock balance report
- Monthly Sales Analysis Report
- A&P tracking on daily basis.
- Monthly Business Review deck preparation
- Ad hoc tracking (distribution, status of execution)
Conduct Business Review with client when required.
- Coordinate with different personnel from different department to meet the requirements of whole business operation.
**Functional Skills and Knowledge**
- Possess strong organization skill / interpersonal/ negotiation skills.
- 2-3 years working experience in Marketing / FMCG environment.
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to learn attitude.
- Resourceful and will take initiative to look for solution.
- Good command of English
- Strong analytical background and knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
