**Job requirements:**
Client Relationship Management:
+ Supporting Relationship Managers in maintaining and strengthening client relationships, contributing to the smooth functioning of business development, administration, banking operations and overall client experience.
+ Providing support for new business transactions and deal execution.
+ Assisting with client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
+ Handling client inquiries and requests, providing timely and efficient responses.
+ Preparing and organizing materials for client meetings.
+ Processing transactions and managing account activities.
+ Preparing reports, documents, and presentations for Relationship Managers and clients.
+ Cross-selling products and services to existing clients.
+ Maintaining accurate client records and information.
+ Coordinating with different departments to facilitate product or service delivery.
Credit and Risk Management:
+ Assisting with credit applications and loan documentation.
+ Monitoring client accounts for any adverse developments or risk triggers.
+ Ensuring compliance with banking policies, regulations, and internal controls.
**Skill and Qualification Requirements:**
+ Minimum 2 years of similar experience with a foreign financial institution in Vietnam.
+ Strong communication skill in English and Vietnamese. Chinese / Korean speaking is a plus.
+ Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
+ Proficiency in relevant software and systems.
+ Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills.

**_Primary responsibilities:_**
+ Develop and manage robust relationship with new and existing customers (foreign invested, local large corporates) by acquiring an in-depth understanding of customers' needs and providing tailored solutions in line with the Bank's business appetite and high standard of customer service;
+ Grow revenues of the portfolio in charge;
+ Collaborate with product partners and internal stakeholders to promote cross selling and deliver quality service to clients;
+ Effectively manage client relationships abreast of external factors influencing international and domestic business;
+ Proactively manage associated risks (including operational and credit risks) of the portfolio in charge in a timely manner and strictly adhered to the Bank's procedures and policies;

**_Key requirements:_**
+ Minimum 5 years of corporate banking coverage experience (in charge of foreign invested and/or local large corporates) with a foreign financial institution in Vietnam.
+ Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
+ Strong communication skill in English and Vietnamese. Chinese / Korean speaking is a plus.
+ Sound knowledge of corporate banking products and services, Vietnamese banking regulations.
