**Position Overview**:
As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all projects across various sectors including banking, securities, aviation, consulting and others.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing technical aspects, implementing programs, and documenting business requirements, representing techX across our esteemed customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- 1. Project Management:_
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across our customers' diverse portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to define projects scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful projects delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize projects disruptions and delays.
- Monitor projects progress, track milestones, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- 2. Technical Account Management:_
- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and support from techX customers.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on technical issues, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- 3. Program Management:_
- Oversee the implementation of programs aimed at enhancing our customers operations and services.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, partners to ensure seamless execution of program initiatives.
- Monitor program performances, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate program status, updates, and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.
- 4. Business Analysis:_
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customer's business processes, needs, and objectives.
- Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) outlining functional specifications, workflows, and system requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business requirements with technical solutions and project deliverables.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
**Key Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the banking, securities, aviation, or consulting industries.
Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Familiarity with business analysis techniques and methodologies.
