**A. **Roles and Responsibilities**
**1. Sales Support Management**
- Business Operation:
- Review and evaluate client profiles to avoid pending reasons, reduce pending clearance workload for BB.
- Assist bankers in clear pending, not-taken, cancellation issue from customers for BB Bancassurance;
- Provide consultation for BIS during sale process to ensure smoothly operation, especially for big cases: client profile analysis, product match, document requirements
- Supervise and accelerate production of significant cases.
- Support sales activities in BBC; (Group presentations, customer consultant for VIP in branches )
**2. Training & Coaching**
- On-job training of insurance sales for all bankers in terms of operation and UW guidelines specifically for BB clients.
- Guide bankers in sale processes and helping them differentiate between selling for customers of different profiles.
- Support CM to conduct enhanced/refresher workshops of Manulife sales procedures and insurance operation for all BBC’s.
**B. **Reporting lines**:
- Direct manager: Cluster Manager
- Reporting level: BIS
- Internal communication: Omni channel (frontline & business development), IB, Manulife UW/OP
**C. **Experiences and competencies**:
- Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Banking, Insurrance or related field.
- At least 1 year experience in the position of Regional Sales Manager/ Sales Manager (SM), preferable to those who has experience in bancasurrance sales management for VIP customer.
- Practical understanding of retails banking operation from business development to sales management.
- Knowledge: Understanding of personal wealth management, customer profile management, priority banking model; basic understanding TCB’s products and services, fundamental of government regulation/ law on finance business and insurrance.
- Foreign lanaguage: English language (TOEIC level 3 or higher).
- Other requirements: Computing ability: have experience in using administration, banking softwares

**Job Role**
Act as IT consultant - partnership with business users to bridge between business needs and IT solution in order to develop and ensure that IT solutions are properly designed and efficiently meet business strategy, needs, and priority
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization for IT Projects (feasibility study, cost/benefit, fit/gap analysis)
- Develop plan and approach for requirement analysis and design phase
- Understand, analyze, prioritize and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes
- Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solution or workaround
- Perform impact analysis, consolidate implementation efforts and develop implementation plan from the input of various parties e.g. development team, test team, and infrastructure team
- Perform functional testing, when assigned
- Manage requirements throughout the life cycle including change requests
- Manage functional issue(s) and risk(s)
- Develop plan and approach for business deployment including training
