**POSITION SUMMARY:**
The part-time position is to support day-to-day tasks for our operations in Vietnam such as payroll operations, tax reporting, HRIS and benefits program administrations.
Expected number of workdays: 10 - 12 days per month
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES**
+ Assist in prepare monthly payroll and tax information
+ Assist in verify monthly payroll and tax reports from external vendor
+ Assist in prepare annual PIT information, review and verify annual tax filing
+ Validate and process payroll and tax-related documentation
+ Responsible for benefit programs enrollment, changes and termination for Vietnam
+ Implement Total Rewards policies, procedures and forms as per SOP;
+ Maintain associates' data accuracy properly in Workday;
+ Maintain associates' and dependents data in all kinds of company plan
+ Provide ah-hoc support on Total Rewards initiatives and projects as assigned (including arranging logistics support for onsite benefits events)
+ Provide general support on Total Rewards matters at Vietnam office
+ Provide Total Rewards administrative work upon request and if needed
