The Maintenance Excellence Engineer proactively handles and optimizes the factory's maintenance program, ensuring daily control, financial performance, plant standard compliance, and team development to achieve business goals.
**_Core responsibilities_**
+ Strategically planning and scheduling all equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.
+ Developing and implementing the plant's comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
+ Meticulously scheduling maintenance activities to minimize interruption to production by collaborating closely with relevant operations teams.
+ Interpreting maintenance data, identifying trends, predicting potential equipment failures, and consequently optimizing maintenance plans.
+ Ensuring all maintenance operations strictly adhere to operating standards, company policies and global regulations
+ Responsible for relevant plant's standards
**You are a potential candidate:**
+ Bachelor's degree of Industrial Management or Industrial System Management or equivalent
+ Around 3 - 5 years experienced in Maintenance Planning/Project Management/ Engineering/ Production/ Industrial Engineering/ Process Engineer
+ Skills of comprehensive English, Google Suites (Google Docs, Google Sheet, Google Slides) is required
+ Practical experience in Lean Six Sigma projects: Continuous Improvement tools, Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED), Process Failure Model and Effects Analysis (PFMEA),.
+ SAP system: EAM, QS043 Equipment and QS040 Water & Critical Utilities System is a plus.
+ Good interpersonal skills, cross functional collaboration, sense of data driven
