Qualifications:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on control systems.
- Minimum of 9 years of progressive experience in automotive controls engineering, with significant experience in ADAS or autonomous driving systems.
- Expertise in control theory, state-space methods, optimal control, and adaptive control.
- Strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modeling and simulation.
- Experience with embedded C/C++ programming and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, Ethernet).
- Knowledge of sensor technologies (cameras, radar, lidar) and sensor fusion techniques.
- Understanding of functional safety (ISO 26262) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
